This was our fourth time renting and it was great every time.A couple things have changed that made it a little more difficult.No bikes!!!!! This time and later check in and earlier check out .But overall beautiful and clean .

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They weren’t too firm or too soft. There was a hiccup with the bikes that we were included with our rental when we first made our reservation. When we got there, we were told we couldn’t have the bikes due to a new HOA rule. After talking to Royal Destinations, they got the bikes too us. The condo was clean upon arrival with the exception of the floors. I’m not sure if they had been mopped in a while as our feet got black fairly quickly. We would stay in this condo again. We loved the resort area it was in. We felt safe as it was gated.

Beautiful property, amenities and location. We were thrilled with the decor/ furnishings and cleanliness of the unit. The overall property, unit and location was very nice and what we wanted in our vacation. We would recommend this property to others and we enjoyed our stay. Only improvement would be property management speed, we had an issue with the Roman shades in our unit (blocking our ocean view) and never had a response to fix through our weeks stay.

Beautiful view of Gulf from condo. Adequate space for 4 persons. Considering its age, condo is in relatively good condition but a few things should be considered. Condo needs a deep cleaning and painting. Area rug in sitting area probably needs to be replaced, furniture upholstery as well. Dish washer probably needs to be replaced. Great, and large, refrigerator with plenty of room for lots of food, drinks, etc. We were not unhappy at all and have rented this condo before. However, it is showing signs of aging.

Location is perfect! We have stayed here before two years ago and honestly was a little disappointed in the condo appearance. There are large marks and scrapings on the walls and doors. Cobwebs and layers of dust in the kitchen. Chocolate stains on the couches. The white wood patio furniture was black from use. The door handle on outside patio fell off while we were on balcony. There was a frig in the living room bc the main one was broken but thankful we had a frig. Just overall cleanliness was lacking. Love the area though and amenities!

When a guideline is specified (no pets allowed), a renter does not expect dog hair to be on the floor and all over the furniture. Unit 306 was not clean. Havingto accommodate a cleaning crew first thing is not pleasant. Verydisappointed.

This is the perfect unit for small parties and last minute getaways. We understand that you had some issues during your stay and we apologize that this unit did not meet your expectations. We would however like to point out that this is not a pet-friendly unit and that it was not dog hair that you were experiencing. The fiber on the floors and the furniture were from the jute rug in the living room. We still understand that this was an inconvenience to you and we apologize. Very good. The condo is beautiful and well appointed. Views are gorgeous. The only thing I would suggest is that make clear how far the walk to the beach is. Families may want to have a rolling wagon for their “ stuff”.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning on the balcony while taking in the breath taking view. The condo was spotless and beautiful! By far, one of my all time favorite rentals, and we have been vacationing in the area since I was a young girl. The beach was beautiful, and we had plenty of privacy due to minimal crowding. We will most definitely be returning!

The condo was delightful. Clean, well equipped, great view. The mattress in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable and the pillows were limp, but otherwise very nice.

We are very satisfied with WaterSound -- after experiencing the hustle and crowded beach conditions at Rosemary Beach, WaterColor/ Seaside in previous years, we found a little slice of (peaceful) heaven. Not within walking distance of anything, so if that's your thing, then look to Rosemary/ Seaside. Condo was clean and kitchen was well-stocked with all cookware and utensils we needed to cook dinner in. Only nit was the condition of the 'house bikes' from -- but we were impressed with how quickly they came out to replace the flat tire (on one) and replace the broken pedal (on the other). One other note -- the master bedroom mattress might need a replacement sometime soon. It was a little squishy -- though if you like your mattresses soft, it may be just right for you! Those two nit-picks aside, we'd happily return for another week at WaterSound sometime soon!

One of the best places on 30A...

My family has been going to 30A since the early 2000's. It's much more crowded than in the past, but we still love what 30A has to offer. This was our first time at Watersound Beach, and it won't be our last. The beach was by far the least crowded I've ever experienced because of Watersound's gated community access. Compass Point 306 is exactly like the pictures and had everything you would need.

Our rental experience was wonderful. The condo was terrific. It was so tastefully decorated and anything we needed was there. The view was spectacular from this unit. We would definitely come back to the area and to this unit. Thank you. My only concern is the washer made a funny noise like it might need a belt looked at. We didn’t do much laundry but you might want to check it out. We meant to call about it but forgot.

Lovely condo with fantastic view of oceans and dunes. Condo is cozy, very clean and so nicely decorated. Loved the convenience of location right near boardwalks to beach. Neighborhood is charming and fun to bike around. Our only hiccup was finding out the dishwasher didn't work right as we were leaving and the management company was courteous in response to our informing them about it. Highly recommend this unit!

We were looking for a place to escape the crowds we had previously experienced staying in the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area. WaterSound definitely was this place!! The beaches were stunning and absolutely NOT crowded. In our particular area there were only four sets of beach chairs. The unit was perfect for our family of four. We even had my parents join for a couple of nights and shared the 2nd bedroom with our two kids. We don't cook much, but had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and the furniture and linens were perfect! Our only complaint was about the washer/dryer. The units were the most basic stackable washer and dryer. And...I am not sure they were even operating at 100%. I had to get up multiple times throughout the night to turn on the dryer to ensure that we would have dry beach towels the next morning. Our good friends were staying a couple of units away and had a much better washer/dryer and had no issues. This is one upgrade I would suggest the owners invest in!

This unit was great. Almost perfect. I loved how clean it was and there wasn't a lot of clutter. Beautifully decorated. I would suggest some sort of shade or cover over the bathroom window that opens into the bedroom though. In order to have privacy, you must shut the bedroom door or keep your family out of the bedroom while you are showering or bathing, otherwise, you are on display. Closing the bathroom door is completely pointless. There wasn't a broom in the unit and I tried using the vacuum, but it smelled so badly, I just couldn't. The property managers were over almost immediately with a broom! So awesome! Incredible service from them.

We were very impressed with Royal Destinations. They called everyday to check on us. Gave un an early check in and late check out. This can be hard to get. The unit was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. I also enjoyed the higher quality toes and linens. Other places on 30 A have cheaper quality. The kitchen was well stocked also.

Our unit was beautifully decorated, obviously by a designer. It was comfortable, beds, seating etc., it had everything we needed. There was even blackout lining on the window treatments for better sleep. The views from all the windows were great. The location was perfect for easy access to pool and beach. It was all good - especially the view!! Sunsets beautiful. Three problems- Shower head water pressure was pathetic. The darn TV sets are not simple. Very frustrating!! even to watch NCAA Basketball - The L sink in master slow to drain - yuck

The view out the picture window could not have been better. I took a picture just so I would not forget. The condo was awesome! We had issues with the beach chair company and no one told us from the rental agency that we had to get a security sticker for our car.
