Grayt Times on 30A!

Our family spends a week on 30A every year and has for over twenty years. After Dune Delight was our first time staying in Grayton and we all loved it and plan to return to this area again next year. We had 14 people, 10 adults and 4 young children ranging from 1 to 86. The home was very nice with room to spread out and sprawling porches with a view of the ocean and the lake or simply enjoy the fun atmosphere of Grayton. The house sits right in the heart of Grayton and is an easy walk to the beach even with 4 small children. The boardwalk to the beach is flat with no stairs and was close enough to run back to the house for lunch or a bathroom break easily. The kids enjoyed playing in the shallows/estuary. It was fascinating watching the crystal clear water turn into sweet tea throughout the week. We enjoyed having the option of the pool although it was a little cool because we were there in early May. It was extremely nice that each bedroom(6 Total) had it's own bath and walk in closet. The elevator worked well and was very helpful for my 86 year old Mom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted to or it was easy to put your name on the list for the Red Bar and walk over when your table was ready. The couples enjoyed walking to Chiringo's for a game of corn hole or grabbing a Hotz Coffee during nap times for the kids. The area is golf cart friendly which the grandkids loved and is a nice area for walking, running, or biking as well. Note to families with young children, the staircases are wide, so if your babies require a gate, a standard baby gate will not work. We were able to survive the week without one, but something to consider with young children. Royal Destinations was very responsive if we needed anything and After Dune Delight provided us a great week with family!

Absolutely wonderful house in a great location!! Wrap around balconies on every floor were much enjoyed! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the dishes and cookware to make cooking easy. There were plenty of towels. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries up to the kitchen. Pretty much the perfect house!

Perfect location to beach, restaurants, shops. Spacious rental with lots of steps but in good condition with ample parking. Evenings were a bit chilly for us to enjoy the pool but enjoyed lounging around it while using the grill. The many levels of porches allowed us to take in some wonderful views of the the ocean and some incoming storms. The extra refrigerator on porch next to kitchen was a much appreciated convenience. Management was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Our 2 families will definitely consider renting this property again.

This house is our favorite among the several we have stayed in. The beach walk is easy and the location to the lake, restaurants, shops, etc., couldn’t be easier. The house is roomy, well-stocked, comfortable and clean. We were so impressed with this house. The house was stocked with finest top of the line appliances, dishes, potaand pans, serving pieces, wine glasses, (Even the best sheets) etc, which is not typical in a rental. These things did not go unnoticed with our group. Brand new tvs, and ahhhmazing mattresses, as well, which is also rare. We were just a little bit away from beach, but it was not an issue. The pool was great, if it was heated, it would have been perfect. We loved sitting on the massive decks over looking the Red Bar, which was such a great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Location in Grayton Beach!

First time to Grayton Beach and can't wait to go back. This rental was nice and roomy - we had 3 families and had plenty of room. Steps from the beach but would still recommend a golf cart to get around the area (just don't park at the end of Garfield in handicap area or you will get a ticket - we did and were just dropping things off for the beach for 5 minutes). Another nice feature was the pool - it was partially shaded by the home after 2pm. This was nice after being at the beach all day - nice opportunity to cool off. Speaking of the beach - it was incredible - clean, plenty of room and the beach umbrella setup was nice. Definitely recommend the house due to the location, size of the home, and it's in Grayton Beach!

We love this house. We love the pool and the new pool furniture is nice. WiFi is iffy, perhaps a booster would be appropriate. The elevator is so handy, wish the dumb waiter worked as well. We have stayed here for the past 5 years and will be back again next year.

Incredible property and management team

The house itself and its location were absolutely incredible. My group had the time of our lives. Our stay began the day after Hurricane Michael rolled through the area. The Royal Destinations team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was still possible and we were taken care of. We all had a very good time in the house. It was very accommodating for our large group! The house is well equipped with everything you need for vacationing. The only problem I had was the second fridge didn’t work and we really needed it and the elevator would not work also other than that we absolutely loved it. Will return next year ������‍♀️����☀️��⚓️����

We had a great stay at After Dune Delight. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own comfortable space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook and serve. The patio's are wonderfully and wrap around the entire house on each floor! The home is just a block from the beach and every day there are two chairs and an umbrella waiting on the beach for you! Royal Destinations makes it so easy to find out information with their very own application which was very easy to use. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice house, plenty of room, pool very nice, would suggest leaving a tv channel guide in rooms in order to find a show without scrolling through all the channels. Leave some basic spices such as salt, pepperSome of the bathrooms had no toilet paper in them, should leave at least 2 rolls per bathroom. Some basic beach items like chairs, umbrella, boogie boards( other houses we stayed in had these left for the renters to use) provide porch furniture on all levels to be enjoyed. Table, 2-4 chairs.

Staying at After Dune Delight was a great experience. The location was perfect....close to the beach and near all our favorite places to eat at Grayton Beach. The porches were a super place to gather and to enjoy one another. The kitchen had plenty of pots, dishes, a second refrigerator, and all the extras needed. WE all LOVED the ice maker in the kitchen. So nice to have a walk-in closet and bath for all bedrooms....We will be DEFINITELY be back soon.

Great Vacation at After Dune Delight!!!!!

Overall the property is wonderful! There a a couple of things that b this place needs. A music sound system. There is no stereo indoors to use or to use out by the pool. It would have been nice to have music. The kitchen needs a crockpot. There was one blowdryer for six bathrooms.The house could have used a few more. We had to bring our own beach towels. That was not a huge deal but just made more packing. When you are flying and have to bring eight beach towels it is a drag. Other than that the pool was great and the location is fabulous. I loved the layout of the house!

Nice Family Living Space But......

Pool Area Furniture all broken ....no shade... tiny umbrella..this was huge with my group as alot of time was spent in the pool...NOBODY dared sit on the cheap furniture most of it broken. Not Good...should be checked and replaced after every rental.

Who does the Math ?

The location of this house is wonderful. The size and amenities in all 6 rooms is great. We could never figure out who stocked the Kitchen. We had to go buy pans large enough to cook spaghetti noodles for 12, and a bowl for salad. There were no "large" anythings in the kitchen. A house that is as large as this, needs some larger things. There is plenty of cabinet space, but they are empty. They do have 3 small pans that you could cook smaller batches, but only a 4 eye stove. Like I said," who does the Math?" The gas grill was taken apart and had rusted. There was gas there, but grill was not operable. The wifi did not work. I had read on a comment from earlier June that is was not working when they were there, so I emailed the rental company to please make sure it was working. It was not, we called and they never did anything about it. My daughter spent about 15 hrs sitting in Starbucks so she could do some work. It was the only thing that really bothered me about the rental because nothing was ever done to fix the situation. If I had not been spending quality time with my family these thing would have been a big issue.

Great House With Only a Few Issues

Great house! There were only a few issues we felt could be improved : *The dryer took three different cycles to dry anything. It definitely needs to be replaced or fixed. *It would have been more convenient if there was a drop box for the keys at the house at check out. The house would be locked, but you wouldn't have to drive to the rental place. *The carpets had lots of stains. I'm sure that comes with high traffic through a rental place. We have just never noticed them as much at the other places we have stayed. *The kitchen needs restocking on some essentials - measuring cups and spoons and cookie sheets mainly. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware. Overall, we had a great stay.

We have stayed in this beach house several times over the last twelve years, it is one of our favorites. The location is excellent and the layout is perfect for large extended families. Grayton Beach is the perfect laid back beach town! It is impossible not to relax here!!! We spend our days at the beach, crabbing, tubing and fishing in the lake, riding bikes into Seaside to shop and eat lunch... at night there is always our favorite.... THE RED BAR! We can't wait to return each summer. Just a few suggestions...The wireless internet was not working at the house, but we didn't call to have it fixed. Escaping from the work and emails was nice!l There used to be an extra refrigerator in this house and it was missed. There were too many people not to have more refrigerator/freezer space. We had to buy ice daily to fill the coolers. The kitchen could use a few more items... very large metal salad and pasta bowls, wine opener, rubber spatulas. Very minor complaints, but worth mentioning. Thanks again for another great stay, we highly recommend Hawks Landing and Grayton Beach!!!!

We enjoyed the professional management of Royal Beach, and the prompt attention to several little matters that arose. We would like to see a second refrigerator, perhaps on the deck outside the kitchen. With 20 people to feed and to keep drinks cold, the single refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen doesn't have sufficient capacity for a house of this size. The pool and yard are great, expecially for the shade from the afternoon sun, after a morning on the nearby beach. We love Grayton!

We took a group of senior boys to Grayton Beach for a week and it was incredible. The location was perfect,having everything so close they walked almost everywhere they went. Hawk's is for large groups. It sleeps more than 20, but it lacks refrigeration for food for 20, and it lacks kitchen bowls, pans, pots, and utensils to cook for 20. Plenty of table wear. Needs that outside refrigerator back. Bedroom carpets need super cleaning or replacement. Condensate leak on top floor needs attention. Refurbishing looks great. Hallway floors with wood not carpet is big improvement. New outside table is nice. Need more chairs on all levels.
