Great location. Short walk to beach access. Abundant room in the house, washer and dryer on every level was nice. Views of ocean from Master bedroom were nice too. To be honest, the money you save from not being right on the beach is worth it. This house offered everything your family needs for an awesome get away. We rented a golf cart and went to Rosemary Beach couple times and Grayton Beach a couple times too for dinner. You're basically in the middle. Very close to Seaside Beach Also. Please try Beachy Bean Coffee, walking distance from the house, great coffee and great people. We went every morning. A30 vacation for this house is a no brainer.

We had an amazing time at Peaceful Dunes! The house is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Big and comfy living room with a bonus living room. The kitchen was huge and found to cook group meals in. We absolutely loved the pool on the 2nd floor - heating it made the temp perfect. Every room has a big screen tv, comfy beds and a bathroom. The location was awesome and the views spectacular. Loved having the elevator for unpacking and packing. The house was clean and Royal Destinations very helpful. You won’t be disappointed! It was an amazing trip and Peaceful Dunes was absolutely beautiful! Every room had a big screen and a bathroom for every bedroom. Comfy beds, great bunk room, ping pong table and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. It was perfect for a large family or several families. The kitchen was huge and food prep a delight. The pool on the 2nd floor was awesome and with it heated - it was just right for a March swim. Royal Destinations was super easy to deal with and I loved the app and the communication. Perfection!

Lovely Home That is Great For Large Groups

This home worked extremely well for all 13 of our family members. We were able to play cards at night at the large dining room table and it has several areas to “hang out”. The kids could play video games downstairs while we were having adult time upstairs. The master bedroom is lovely and all of the other bedrooms were perfect.

This home is absolutely stunning in every way and just a few minute walk from the beach. The staff was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. There are three different laundry rooms and plenty of space for privacy if needed. This place is also a great set up if you have kids. Wow! What an amazing house. Pictures don’t do this beautiful house justice. All rooms were much larger than expects and very beautiful furnished, beds were very comfortable! Very expensive finishes too. The house has tons of extra equipment that we didn’t need to bring( beach toys, chairs, carts etc). Any problems that came up we’re very quickly handled by the rental company. They were very professional and kind! We will rent again! Only suggestion is a WiFi booster as we did not get very good service except on main floor.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful week together in 'Peaceful Dunes' in Destin, FL. The home was beautiful , nicely decorated, the kitchen was very well-equipped & easily slept 12 people. The swimming pool, ping pong table & bikes were great fun for the six grandchildren. We all enjoyed sitting out on the 2nd level porch by the pool. We had plenty of room for all of us to eat together. The institution size refrigerator was perfect & washers & dryers on each floor certainly came in handy. The short walk to the beach was nice & also I enjoyed the chairs & umbrella that came gratis with the home. It was a great vacation for all of us to celebrate a milestone birthday & a college & high school graduation.Further comments: 2nd floor grill does not workDeck was dirty & had cherry seeds & stems all overNeed more hangers, litebulbs needed replaced Ants in kitchen & 2nd floor bedroom bathroom counter.I called the office for help with these several complaints but no one ever came.This is 2nd time I have sent this.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We love the location and the space of the home. Kitchen is well equipped (except missing a corkscrew which we requested twice and never received)and having a second icemaker is great. Love the covered outdoor space by the pool, it was our hang out area. With a home that sleeps this many wish there was more seating by the pool. Elevator never worked during our stay as well as grill by the pool. They have provided an old grill in the lower level just not very convenient. Hope to come back, would love to see the issues addressed.

Well appointed Seagrove Beach home with amazing second level

Overall, my group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 123 Dunes Estates. PROS: The 5 king bedrooms were well appointed and had ample sized closets and bathrooms. The Master bedroom on the 3rd floor is amazing. The second level was where we spent most of our time as we found the two separate living areas to be very useful for our big group. The heated pool on the second level was a game changer –it made the house. Location was great and secluded, just far enough back from the busy 30A and close to the beach. Having 6 bikes that came with the rental was a great addition.CONS: More offerings in the kitchen would have been beneficial as we had to buy some utensils and kitchen towels. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood which was a source of noise during the day. The walls and floors in the home are very thin, you hear anyone who awakes before the others.

House has some great features that are helpful when traveling with a family; lots of bedrooms and additional sleeping areas, bathrooms for many, master suite view will be even better when the major construction at back of house is complete, big eat in kitchen and family area, 3 sets of full size washer/dryer were a big plus. Downside; cleaning company needs training (windows not clean as should be, cabinets and door frames spiked, some upholstery is stained), master king bed had queen mattress cover and did not replace when requested, grill was filthy and starter didn’t work, outdoor areas were not thoroughly cleaned before our checkin.

We provide grill lighters in all our homes due to the salt air can effect the grill starters and have our grills replace/cleaned on a regular basis. The house is fantastic. We were a trip of 5 couples, and the 5 king bedrooms were perfect for us. The kitchen is huge, and the two living rooms were awesome. The pool being on the second story was also great for feeling more private, but as mentioned, the alarm on the door out to the pool is not fun. I believe it’s Florida law to have one, but this one is really loud and disruptive. That would absolutely be my only complaint. The team at Royal Destinations is top notch all the way around. Best rental company on 30A.

This house is gorgeous! Every room is beautiful. The main kitchen and family room/keeping room area is nice and spacious. Having the pool on the second floor was so nice. We loved our stay at Peaceful Dunes! The WiFi was super spotty but that seems to be a problem all around that area and not just the house.

We had the best week celebrating my dad’s 70th birthday! The house was gorgeous, plenty of room for everyone...we had 4 families, which consisted of 13 people, 8 adults and 5 kids. Staff was very attentive, especially Hudson who was always very prompt and helpful when we needed something. The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was a plus when we needed to cool off on a hot afternoon.If I had any complaint it would be the WiFi throughout was pretty weak and tv/home audio speaker system was not easy to use. But, this was not a deal breaker and we would return in a heartbeat. We had an amazing family beach vacation!

This house was perfect for our group which included couples, babies, and singles for a long weekend. There was plenty of space for everyone and we enjoyed the pool, patio, and covered space downstairs. We were close to the beach and everything else we needed and the only negatives were our view was primarily of construction sites for the homes across the street and we didn't figure out how to work the elevator. Everything else was perfect and I would highly recommend Peaceful Dunes.

We brought 6 families together and this home was perfect for us. All but one of the bedrooms is more or less a king suite. The large open living room and kitchen were truly the hidden jewel where we drank coffee in the morning and wound down in the evening. There was plenty of nooks to get away but truly a perfect space to come together. We only had 2 critiques for the house. 1) The home stereo system is not explained anywhere and should be in order to be enjoyed. 2) The child alarms on the sliding doors leading to the pool were heinously annoying and should be able to be deactivated when a group has no small children.

Everyone in our group had nothing but nice things to say about the beautiful Peaceful Dunes house! It's an amazing home, very modern and beautiful. Everything is new, lots of natural light - it definitely has plenty of room for big groups. We had a group of 18 people including toddlers and a baby. The property was very clean! No major complaints from anyone in the group! Some feedback on various things: the pool may have a leak, and there could be a bit more explanation on the info sheet for how to disarm the pool alarm. (Through trial and error we figured out how to keep the door open, when adults were supervising the pool area.) There was a bit of a misunderstanding for our pack and play rental - I'm pretty sure that we were charged for 3 pack and plays (we only had 2) - and I could not get anywhere on trying to resolve that problem (neither Royal Destinations nor the rental company could help me). All in all, it was one of our best vacations ever! We would definitely come back again to this same house!Some of our favorite restaurants: Angelina's is a must for pizza, and Seaside has lots of entertainment to offer for nights out.

Thank you for the wonderful review about our newly built home, Peaceful Dunes! Peaceful Dunes can definitely accommodate large groups with plenty of room to move around!! The property information sheets given to guests at the time of check in, provides instruction and information about the pool alarm, home and contact information. Florida State Law requires all doors and windows leading to pool areas to be equipped with pool alarms, it's illegal to disarm or tamper with pool alarms, they're in place to alert adults when a door is accessed or left open to the pool area for the safety of children. We apologize for any issues you may have experienced with your Pack and Plays, we refer guests to other services, but we don't have access to their orders or invoices, we're always happy to help mediate any issues with vendors. Thanksgiving family vacation

Our whole family congregated in Peaceful Dunes for the Thanksgiving holiday. Some came from New Orleans, others fron Tennesse, others from several places in Florida. Our stay was wonderful. The house gave enough privacy for the adults who wanted peace and quiet, to the ones who wanted to watch fiotball and plenty of space for the teenagers to hang out and play ping pong and listen to their music.

Impressive new home with enough room for our big family! An issue with airconditioning in one room and cable in the family room was fixed promptly to our satisfaction. Royal Destinations is our go to vacation rental company for 30-A. Looking forward to more business in the future!
