Upon arrival, our family was greeted by a clean and specious condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and each bathroom equipped with soaps and plenty of towels. We were appreciative of the beach towels provided by Royal Destinations. The recent updates to the unit were noticeable and tasteful. The outdoor seating area was ample and inviting! My family had a 5 star stay and we will be booking this unit for our next family vacation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The unit was very nice with plenty of room for our family of 4 (with some to spare). Check-in was easy. The building is so close to the beach, and we loved the little shop on the property where you can get beer and wine, along with the smoothie bar that the kids loved for breakfast. It's not in the heart of the restaurant areas of the beach towns, but it's a quick drive to Alys, Rosemary, Seacrest hub, and Seaside. The shared rooftop pool was also very nice with super easy access and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in Waterhouse several times now. I love the layout and the spaciousness of the unit. The kitchen is fabulous with a long bar, a great place to congregate for cocktails and snacks. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and comes with complimentary chairs. I love Waterhouse and that is why I continue to rent year after year The only issue we had was a malfunctioning dishwasher but management responded promptly.

We loved Waterhouse #203 and had a terrific week on the beach. The condo is lovely and access to beach is just perfect. We probably won't stay here again though for two reasons: (1) The WiFi is very unreliable for work purposes or just researching local activities. (2) The area doesn't have accessible businesses, like ice cream shops, restaurants or seafood markets. There are some places in Rosemary Beach, but they cater to a wealthier clientele. Otherwise, you have to drive into neighboring towns.

This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo is located on the more quiet side of 30A but everything is still accessible with the 2 rental bikes that are included for the guests. This home has a wonderful rooftop view from the pool on the 4th floor where you can enjoy the sunsets every evening! We apologize to hear about the bad WiFi connection but the HOA has recently upgraded their service with their provided where the service will be faster and more reliable. My family had an amazing experience! The residence was beautifully decorated and included all the upgraded Viking appliances in the kitchen. I actually wanted to cook on this vacation! Now that's a first! It was managed well and the location and view from the rooftop pool was highly enjoyable! A great experience!

Great condo. Clean and upscale. Great location, except we though it would be closer to Alys and Rosemary. Had some trouble with dishwasher, but a quick response to our call. Instructions for use on appliances and TV would be helpful. Someone had cleaned the refrigerator with very streaky cleaner that could not be removed.

The property is in excellent condition and the pictures online are representative of the unit. The convenience of the unit's location made it a quick two/three minute walk from unit to beach chair!There was a review or two that stated the unit may not have been the most clean, which couldn't have been further from our experience.Overall - great unit. Very convenient to the beach. Royal Destinations was very friendly to work with; I would repeat stay.

Overall the property was in good shape. Cleaning crew does not clean throughly. The dust on the fans were thick. You could tell they had not been dusted in a long time. Windows and bathrooms had dust. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been dusted either. The inside of the fridge was not wiped down either. Trash can completely came off the hinges. Management came and fixed it but he said it was a temporary fix. That should be looked at again. I noticed littleThings like the lights in the cubbies above the cabinets were missing pieces. Overall we loved our stay and the location! We would Stay there again. It was spacious and we didn’t feel cramped up with our family of 7. I would recommend getting with the cleaning crew to make sure they are doing there job properly. They definitely are cutting corners.

WaterHouse is located right across 30A from a private beach access. The unit we rented was nice, spacious and clean. The pool area was really nice with electric grills available for outdoor cooking. The unit came with beach chairs and bikes. Beach area is private for WaterHouse guests, and although it got a little crowded, it was never uncomfortable. The only negatives: 1) there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets (pots) which previous guests obviously didn't wash well (if at all), 2) you couldn't really see the beach or feel the beach breeze from the balcony, and 3) the unit could use extra bedding for the sofa bed. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about Waterhouse. From the heated pool on the roof deck to the well-appointed furnishings, to the great kitchen and the first class towels and bedding. I also loved the Royal Destinations APP. No calls necessary, everything right there on your smart phone. The condo would have been too perfect if we had had an ocean view from our deck, and if we return, I'd make plans to stay on the fourth floor, but all in all I was pleased with our accommodations.

We had a great stay and only have one small complaint. I called before making the reservations to make sure one of the bedrooms had twin beds but when we arrived both guest rooms have queen beds, not that big of a deal for my girls but I think they would have preferred their own beds. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay!
