We loved the house. Great location. We were able to bike everywhere. Pickleball, tennis, beach, shopping. House was updated and modern with comfortable beds and nice linens. Closets were awesome with plenty of room for things. Same with the bathrooms. Plenty of drawer space and storage. We would definitely rent again!

We loved 80 East Royal Fern! It was more than enough space for our family of four. So close to everything!! Golf cart was perfect! Would definitely stay there again. Royal Destinations was very accommodating as well!

The property was well maintained, clean, and well organized. The rental agency Royal Destination was terrific!! They were very response and provided excellent customer service if any question came up. Located near camp Watercolor and public. We found the location ideal for kids and adults. Also, we enjoyed the Dragonfly pool two doors over.
