This spacious Gulf front home is the ideal layout for multi-family or multi-generational family vacations and girlfriend getaway trips. Each of the 7 spacious bedrooms offers private suite bathrooms. For guests who may not be a fan of stairs, on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The main floor also offers a game room with a full-sized pool table and a ping-pong table, ideal for when the weather does not cooperate.

The private pool with its private covered cabana space is located just off the kitchen area, ideal for keeping an eye on little ones as parents prepare meals or relax in the cabana. Sandy Boardwalk features a personal boardwalk with built in bench seating to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. During the holidays, you can comfortably watch Seaside and Rosemary Beach fireworks from your own boardwalk!

Great beach home for a family get away with plenitude of bedrooms and private bathrooms. Our crew ranged in age from we grandparents down to a 2 year old. the Beach is private enough to not be overcrowded. The home has most amenities needed, with a little wear and tear evident. Property management was on the ball whenever we required a repair or answer. Never used the grill, and it looked pretty worn, but probably workable.

We took the whole family to Sandy Boardwalk for a week, and we had the best time. You can't beat the location, and we spent a lot of time on the porches looking out at the ocean. A hidden gem of this house were the benches along the boardwalk going down to the beach!There were a few things we needed to contact the management company about (codes changing, pool cleaning, wifi troubles, etc.) but the management team was super responsive and helpful and were there within a few minutes of me calling each time. Also, something to note is that the twin bedroom is a loft-style bedroom apart from the other two bedrooms upstairs (different sets of stairs take you to the different places). That was fun for our group, so wanted to share that!
