Lovely house for an extended family getaway! Royal Destinations was helpful and prompt to reply with questions. House had plenty of rooms and nice layout. The beach access cannot be beat! Walkable to a few places which was nice! We loved our stay!

Our family of 7, ages 3 to 72, had a fabulous time at this house! Our fun consisted of eating out on the deck, swimming in the large pool, walking right out to the beach for fun and sun, games in the family room and early morning coffee wave watching from the top deck. House is very clean, comfortable and in a great location.

Absolutely amazing house that is very up to date!! Having both a deck pool and private access to the beach was incredible perk for all ages. Loved king size beds in every room and the private cottage house too. This is a must if going to 30A.

We had 4 generations for a family reunion in the house in June. Everything is as pictured but better. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The gas grill outside works well. The pool is lovely and the view incredible at all hours of the day. Any minor maintenance issue was taken care of very quickly. We would book this house again.

Perfect Home For A Large Group

The property was absolutely perfect for our large group. The newly remodeled home was beautiful and the pictures on the site do not show just how great everything looks. The pool was perfect for the little ones, and adults alike, and the location was ideal to get to restaurants, Publix, gas station, and more. This is a great home for multiple families to enjoy or for an adult trip as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to take a large group to Seagrove Beach.
