Barefoot Daze is located in Water’s Edge, an upscale gated gulf-front community bordering Rosemary Beach on the gulf side of Scenic Highway 30A. With 5 bedrooms encompassing 3 levels, a private pool, and 1,100 square feet of balconies offering gulf views and breezes, this is the perfect vacation home for guests seeking an upscale beach retreat. This charming Florida home has many custom finishes including high ceilings, pine floors, and wainscoting. This home’s private pool can be heated for a fee, allowing enjoyment in any season. The covered rear porch area has a gas grill and outdoor table seating for 8. Just past the pool area, a palm tree-lined pedestrian path leads to the neighborhood’s private beach walkover just100 yards away. With only 26 home-sites and a security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic. By foot or by bike, the town centers of Seacrest Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach are just a few minutes away.

Wonderful home in the perfect setting! Home had everything we could possibly want and more! We were steps to everything in Rosemary Beach and the beach was just a few steps away. Location couldn't have been better! The beach is private and very few people. Never had to fight for prime beach spot. Definitely will come back

Barefoot Daze has a great layout. We come to 30A every year with another family and have 5 kids ranging from 1 to 9. The layout with 3 floors gave everyone and both families enough space and room to come together for activities and alone time if needed. The pool is a nice refresher while the kids need a break from the beach which is just a quick 3 minute walk. Great private beach with chairs and umbrella. You are in the heart of everything and can walk anywhere you want from great dining to shopping to just a casual stroll.

We had a wonderful time at Barefoot Daze! The house was absolutely beautiful and so conveniently located! Our kids loved the pool and the quick access to the beach. We loved the short walk downtown and pretty much everything about Rosemary Beach! We put in a request for the pool to be heated. By the 3rd day it was cool so I reached out to the property manager and they were quick to respond and had the pool heated up again by the time we returned home from dinner. We can't wait to come back and would definitely stay at Barefoot Daze again!

This was a great house! The location is amazing! So easy to get to the beach and we could walk to restaurants and shops. The house doesn't come with much, you have to bring your own beach towel and rarely have I stayed at a place that didn't have a hair dryer but the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice! There is a great back porch with plenty of seating. 7 of us stayed there and it was the perfect amount of space and an ideal restroom ratio! Everyone at Royal Destinations was kind and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Again, the location can't be beat. We had a wonderful time!

We usually stay in Rosemary Beach, but decided to rent a house this year. Very close to the beach and having our own pool was such a plus. The beach was not crowded like Rosemary. Such a great spot!

Favorite Vacation Spot

Everything was absolutely perfect. House is so comfortable and close to the beach (no roads to cross). We plan on booking our trip to Rosemary AND this house every year! We stayed the second week of May and paid to have the pool heated but actually had them turn the heat off a couple days after because the pool was naturally already a comfortable temperature. Next time we won't have it heated. Love LOVE Barefoot Daze!

Spring Break for 10!

My family and I have been coming to 30A for years now. We typically stay in Seacrest Beach. This by far was our best Seacrest experience. I cannot say enough good about the location. We enjoy everything Seacrest has to offer, and there is no better central location to experience all of it. We also were able to walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach. With the additional of Pizza by the Sea in Seacrest, your cars can stay put all week if you wish. The house was also great. We were a party of 2 families, 4 adults, and 6 kids. The 3 - 12 year old girls took the third floor and it was perfect for them. We had a little concern about the first floor bedroom being private enough especially in the morning as people wake early or perhaps want to sleep in. It was never an issue. The outside area was great, plenty of seating and large picnic table where we ate most days. The pool is also perfect. The 6 kids were in in whenever we were not at the beach. We thought it looked small in some of the pictures, but all 10 of us were in multiple times, and while you can’t swim laps in its certainly big enough for having fun! And finally the beach. Not sure how long it took us to walk to the beach, but it’s not worth timing. It takes longer to get sunscreen on than it does to get there. The beach chairs are a great addition too. We in the past pack lunch on beach days and take it to the beach, and we still did that a couple times, but with the house being such a short walk you can easily come back for lunch and take a short break if you desire.In all the years we have been coming to Seacrest we have not stayed in the same house twice. I would 100% stay in this house again and again.

Perfect trip! Barefoot Daze was awesome! Every detailed covered! Plenty of space for our 3 families. The pool, the gate on the back porch preventing the little ones from getting in the pool, the daily umbrella and chair rental, Disney Junior 's the little things when traveling with two 3 yr olds! Could not have asked for more. Royal Beach Rentals was awesome also. We had to call them once for a slow drain and they sent someone right over and took care of it. Everything about our trip was wonderful and we can't wait to go back!

This was a great place to spend a vacation with my wife, daughter and her family, and my son and his family. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of things to do. The bicycles were great and so were the sand toys and pool toys. Even though there were torrential rains, we managed to have a great time. The house is close to shops and the ocean--just a nice little walk. Only a mention that the rugs in all the rooms need cleaning--area and carpeting. We hope to come back again. A wonderful home graciously shared.

This house is great - has plenty of room, nice layout, fun pool. The only downside were just a few housekeeping items - bikes that were provided were not usable, throw pillows on master bed need to be washed. Other than that, everything was great. We will stay again.
