Great Location for Family Reunion

Buena Vista was a super place for a family reunion. It is spacious and close to beach. The Royal Destinations staff was prompt in taking care of any concerns that we had. We had a group of 6 adults and young people ranging in age from 22 months to 22 years and everyone was happy with the facilities.

Good Trip

We stayed at the Buena Vista property. Everything was great except the beds. The bed frames for both king beds in the master suites were broken and we had to sleep in other bed rooms. When I looked under one bed there was no support as the frame was broken and when I looked under the other bed there were no supports but the bed was sitting on concrete blocks. For what we paid we should have had nice beds. The legs on one of the beds in the double queen room were bent out and did not support well. Other than the beds and a few stains on the furniture it was a nice house.

Family reunion for 20 at Buena Vista

We had a fabulous time in Seagrove. This particular property, Buena Vista, was perfectly suited for our family of 20. Just the right number of beds. Some of the beds advertised are trundle‘s and not fully beds, but it still sleeps a lot of people. It was blind luck, but the fact that it was right next to a beach access makes this property very appealing. It’s a huge beach, but there are very few beach access points. From this house, You could be on the beach within two or three minutes walking. There is a pool at the home, although it could have been cleaner. The temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Christmas at the beach

Four generations gathered at this very nice, comfortable home! We had plenty of room to gather & plenty of room to spread out. The Royal Destination group was more than helpful before & during our stay. We reported a broken coffee pot we came upon our first morning there just to have it notated. But shortly after we called, a nice young lady showed up at the front door with a new one! The elevator was great for moving luggage to upper floors and for this great-grandmother to travel between floors occasionally. Two shortcomings that wedid not bother to bring up or complain about but would make the visit a little nicerwas the ice maker was slow & ice ran out a little too soon each day & one bathroom sink on the 3rd floor was very slow to drain. But neither kept us from enjoying the beautiful sunsets, the awesome location, and our family together inthis beautiful, clean home.

Property location a few houses from beach access so getting to beach was very convenient. Accommodations well designed: Living room on 3rd floor with view of beach. House had a lookout above 3rd floor which provided a better view of surrounding area.One bdrm had 3 sets of bunk beds with trundle beds so sleeping 9 in this room was possible. Other 6 bdrms had either 2 queens or king in each.Pool and patio were much larger than expected, plenty of patio chairs to accommodate large group.We were able to park 8 vehicles in garage/driveway without any problems.Highly recommend this property for large groups...Note: we had an AC issue ~8pm on Sunday night and mgmt had repairman at the house and AC operating again in ~90 minutes... Kudos to Royal Destinations mgmt on call!!!

Perfect house for our large group.

We stayed at Buena Vista with all my kids and grandkids and the house worked out perfect for our group of 17. It was a short walk to the beach and was located close to several great restaurants. Checking in and out was seamless and there was plenty of parking spaces. Would definitely go back.

The house was beautiful and a great location BUT we paid to have the pool heated and there were issues with getting it heated. No big deal but since the pool was not actually heated until Wednesday, we requested a credit for 1/2 of the week. I have emailed, texted, and phoned. Twice they have responded that they would check on it but to date they have not contacted me with a resolution. Also, they created a construction staging area adjacent to the house for a construction job across 30a. Every morning at 8:00 am they would use power saws and work loudly outside the house. One morning at 7:30 we had to go outside and ask them to turn their music down.

Perfect Vacation Home

My family stayed here for 5 days recently and could not have been more pleased. The house is HUGE!!! 3 floors with 10-12 foot ceilings. Lots of stairs to deal with so if you have someone who cannot walk well they will need to use the elevator which is a little slow. Bottom floor - entrance (from driveway and to pool), bunk room with 3 bunks and trundles as well as full bath, living room with TV (worn white leather sofa looks bad but works fine since mostly kids use it), washer/dryer.Middle floor - 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (one of the bedrooms has a cheap bunk bed only with full size bunk on bottom)top floor - 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, kitchenAccess to beach is really easy...only a 2 min walk with small public access beach directly across street. Ocean view is nice on 3rd floor balcony and small 4th floor rooftop balcony.The house is close to lots of restaurants and less than a mile from Seaside.The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were at least 8 bikes and 10 beach chairs in the garage. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage as well. There were more bath towels than we could use. There is 1 baby crib(pack n play) in the second floor bedroom sort of hidden away. We bought extra TP and paper towels just in case but had plenty of those as well. Royal Destinations checkin process was super easy. The phone app notifies you when the house is ready and also allows you to check out. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Great House, Great Location

Our family of 22 had a great week even thought it rained 1/2 the time. We felt there was plenty of space for everyone and still had a homey feel. Location is great, easy access to beach, next best would be beach front. The few minute delay check-in was a bit annoying but not an issue. Other than that the check-in and check-out was seamless. I think we would have purchased of the concierge services if they were maybe described more than just a menu of items? The only other suggestion is the grill seemed it needed a bit of TLC and was small for the size of the house. Otherwise, i would definitely recommend this property and management company.

This house was a great place for our family! The beach is just down and across the street. It has a great pool that was shaded in the afternoon, but still had a sunny area for our sunbathers. Great find! All in our family agree we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful place!

The beach access being a short block away and a great pool out back makes for a wonderful stay at the beach. Having a large home like Buena Vista lets guest have their own space while still having common areas big enough for everyone to get together. It is a great house for large families or shared vacations. We are looking forward to helping you make more wonderful vacations memories during your next trip to the beach.

A great senior trip

We had six families (26 people) staying in this house spring break. It was absolutely perfect. The house was spacious to where noone felt like they were crowded. The outdoor spaces were great for gathering (pool) or having coffee and reading (balcony). We hosted other senior families for dinner and the space worked out perfectly. We made memories that will last a lifetime!

Being spacious is so very important with a large group and Buena Vista fits the bill. You can be relaxing and taking in the view on the 4th floor balcony and not even know the kids are having the time of their life in the pool. Being so close to the beach makes it tough to pick between the pool or the Gulf to get your feet wet. it is also nice to have so many bedrooms with private baths when you are traveling with so many kids. We are so very glad that you had a great senior trip. Royal Destinations is all about friends and family making great beach memories and we look forward to helping y'all makes some more real soon!!!!!
