Great Beach House

Very clean house. Loved the spacious kitchen area and abundant dishes and cook ware. Walk to the beach was short and the tram to the beach was just steps away. Enjoyed having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Also enjoyed the firepit in the evening. The beds were comfortable as were the other furnishings. Easy walk to Rosemary and it was nice to have the bikes also. Overall, it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay.

The BEST vacation

This home was fabulous! Everything was **** and span, the beds were comfortable, as were the sofas in the living area. The pool was clean and a service came while we were there to take care of it. The location is great....the only negative was the crowded beach.

A hidden gem in a great area!

I can't begin to describe how wonderful this place is. First, Royal Destinations manages the property and they were fantastic. It's like your own personal concierge. They even had baby equipment we could rent in advance that was waiting at the house for us when we arrived. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and such a good location! Just a few things: for a house this nice, I was surprised there wasn't a better stove. Also, we often left the property through the back gate because it was a shorter walk that way. But, there is a stump you have to be really careful about and you could trip. I think they should remove that stump because it is a hazard.I also wish I had the ability to create my own door code to get in.Beds were super comfortable and sitting by the pool and firepit at night was really nice (although it worked, the firepit is cracked). Many great family memories made in this spectacular home. Close to everything and just a beautiful property. I'm a picky traveler. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Pool’s Paradise. The location was convenient to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. We could walk or ride the bikes anywhere we wanted to go. Tram stop was right on the corner. The house was clean and accommodating. Would stay there again.

Excellent Beach House

This house is perfectly located for those who want easy access to the beach without beach front prices. The beach is a an easy 1/4 mile walk or take the free tram ride with all your stuff. The home is spacious with a great layout for families, and is well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The option to heat the pool worked out great for our family as the neighborhood pool was too cold for our little ones. The only thing we recommend to the homeowners/management company is to purchase a new grill. The current one does not work properly and given how nice everything else is, we thought this stood out as something that didn’t match the quality of everything else. Every person we dealt with at Royal was courteous, responsive, and helpful and honestly the best rental experience we ever had. Highly recommend Pool Paradise.

Three families (one child each) shared this house. It is conveniently located just a half block from the main pool and not much farther to the beach access point. Private pool was awesome although leaves from trees dropped steadily into it. Open kitchen design so we weren't bumping into each other. Downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower rather than walk-in shower but functional. House appears to have had some recent sprucing up (pain, deck materials) and overall was in very good condition. Would definitely rent here again.

Awesome week at Pools Paradise

We spent a wonderful week at Pools Paradise! 5 of adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. House is in great shape and looks so much better than the pictures. The private pool is large and such fun, we used it every day after the beach. We had issues with the dryer not work properly but management was very attentive and I was notified a day after maintenance came out, that a new washer and dryer were to be delivered. Also don't worry about needing your car once you arrive, you can bike everywhere and two are available for your use at the home as well as a tram service that picks you up and takes you to the beach, although it's a short walk there. Awesome house and Royal Destinations was great to work with. We had two minor maintenance issues, but they were handled very quickly and the maintenance person made sure we were satisfied with the work. The pictures of the house do not come close to doing it justice. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and we could not have asked for more.

Great Family Retreat

This was a great property for a family of 8! It was well maintained, clean, and extremely functional. The heated pool made a huge difference for us due to the cold temperatures the week we were there. We were able to be outside in the pool every day even though the Beach was too cold. The house is in a great location, close to all of the restaurants and shops at Rosemary Beach. The shuttle service to the Beach was a great amenity even though it's only a 5 minute walk away. The Royal Destinations staff did an excellent job answering questions throughout the rental process and during our stay. We would recommend this property and their management to anyone!

Our family of 10 stayed here for 4 nights. It was an experience we will never forget. The house was impeccable. Everything you could possibly need was there. I've never stayed at a nicer home. It was within walking distance to the beach, but there was also a tram to pick us up for the little ones. We felt like royalty staying at this home, and I would recommend it to anyone. The rental company was also amazing and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Can not say enough wonderful things about the entire experience.

We had an A+ time staying at Pool's Paradise. The property management company was a pleasure to work with and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well maintained. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and there were plenty of dishes/silverware to account for a large group. The pool was awesome. The shuttle to the beach took less than 1 minute to arrive each time we called. It is a short walk as well if you don't want to call the shuttle. Nearby shops and restaurants were fun and only a short walk or bike ride. Amazing house and area, will definitely be back!!

Truly a Pool's Paradise!

Treating our children and grandchildren to a "week at the beach" - we could not have had a more wonderful experience! The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. The location was great - restaurants, shopping, and beach - the perfect distance from the house. We loved having our own pool to enjoy and biking thru the neighborhood was a must every afternoon with the grandchildren! Not one person in our family from age 5-64 was ready to leave this beautiful place! We will be making this an annual trip!!!!

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

We couldn't be more pleased with our recent vacation to Seacrest Beach, and Pool's Paradise was the ideal rental! We took our first "all family" vacation and this home was ideal for all of the couples and their children. The private pool was wonderful and the short stroll to the gorgeous, well maintained community pool was a breeze. We were also pleasantly surprised by the easy walk to the beach and, when we had gear to carry, the call for tram pick up was seamless and we never waited more than a few minutes. The home was beautiful and very spacious... and extremely clean. Other than the need for a pantry or additional cabinet space for food, this rental literally had everything else a family would ever need! The entire staff of both Royal Destinations and Seacrest Beach couldn't have been friendlier or easier to work with. Every family member agreed at the end of our stay that Pool's Paradise provided everything we needed to enjoy one of our best vacations ever, and we will definitely be renting this property again in the future. Thanks to the owners and Royal Destinations for a week none of us will every forget!!!

Absolutely Perfect!

This house was a great little getaway for my family. My wife, two daughters ages 2 1/2 and 6 months, and I made the trip with my retired parents. My parents also served as great built in babysitters so we could get out and enjoy Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Alys Beach all just an easy walk from our centrally located home.The daily beach chair setup and proximity to the pool were also a definite plus, but no need to leave the house with your own private pool. The house was clean and had all the necessary cooking utensils, flatware, plates, etc. I would say that this house could work for up to 3-4 couples or 1-2 families. The extra sleeping spaces as noted are pullout couches etc.Also cannot say enough good things about the 30A area. For those that don't know the area, there is everything you need within walking distance. We can't wait to go back next year and visit Pool's Paradise- Seacrest Beach.

I went on a mother and daughter get away and stayed at Pool's Paradise. Let me tell you the pictures do not do it justice. The house is even nicer than the pictures portray. The property was clean and the bedrooms spacious. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed in Pool's paradise with a group of college friends for another friends wedding. The house and neighborhood were very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. I'd say the only drawback to the place was that there wasn't any basic amenities (paper towels, garbage bags, or even toilet paper) stocked. Otherwise everything was great and I'd recommend the property to anyone.

A Wonderful Vacation

From the time we arrived until our reluctant departure, our family had a wonderful vacation in Seacrest Beach. Pool's Paradise was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was immaculately cleaned and when we had a minor problem with a toilet, the rental company quickly sent workers to deal with it. The house backs up to a wooded area so it feels very private and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. It is also close to the community pool. Beautiful house!

There was plenty of room for the entire family. The younger kids enjoyed their own room while the teenager had all the privacy he wanted in the 3rd floor alcove. We loved that every family had a master bedroom with a private bath. There was almost always someone at the beach or in our private pool. We have been coming to the Destin area for a number of years and this house in SeaCrest Beach is by far our favorite.

Beautiful Property

Our biggest issue was that the property was not ready when we arrived and it took over an hour (past 5:oo pm) to get it cleaned. The hurried cleaning was not as well done as we might have expected. The property is beautiful and well-located within walking distance of the beach. We found the management company very accomodating after that first day's issue which appeared to be caused by the previous guest's late departure. We would go back again hoping inconsiderate guests might not be a problem again. After driving such a long distance, we were not wanting to "wait" such a long time before we could get started with our vacation and that delay interfered with a planned birthday party for three children in out group. That was disappointing. However, it was a wonderful vacation once we got settled and the property itself couldn't have been nicer.

Pool's Paradise vacation

the whole family loved the house and neighborhood. The house was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was an added bonus to have the alarm on the door leading out to the pool since we had my young grandson with us. It was a short walk to the beach, but when we called tram service to pick us up, they responded quickly. Thanks for a great family vacation!

What a great vacation

The property was in a great location. The tram to the beach was very easy and convenient. The beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the management failed to tell us it was $250 to heat the pool and it was freezing. My kids would not get in. Also the community pool is huge and beautiful but in March it is freezing. It would be nice to have a place for the kids to swim besides the ocean.

This is our 3rd year to stay at Pool's Paradise. We love this property - it's in a great location, the layout of the house is great, we LOVE the private pool. I can tell there has been a little wear on parts of the property though. The back door is getting difficult to open and close properly. Also the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and the jetted tub did not work. The amenities are wonderful and we really enjoyed having netflicks available this year. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and had everything we needed. Thanks again for another great vacation! Already looking forward to next year!

The house was great, pool was awesome, my grandchildren loved having a pool and so did the parents. The kitchen was fantastic, large enough for cook and prep help. The only complaint was the mattresses. The king bedroom on the 2nd floor, not the master, had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever seen. My son and his wife slept in this room, and he said his cot at boyscout camp was more comfortable. The other mattresses also need to be replaced. It was very disappointing to spend that much money and not have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The children want to stay in the house next year, but would only rent again if the mattresses were new. The staff at Royal Beach were very nice, helpful and responsive, would use their services again.

Absolutely loved the house! In fact- we miss the house! The set up was great, more that enough room for all of us, and the pool was the icing on the cake. We appreciated the neighborhood for its location and safety for our children. Our only wish would be easier beach access.

We were thrilled with our decision to stay at this property. It has all of the amenities of home. Just a short walk to the community pool. The private pool was great for kids learning to swim and for relaxing without the hustle and bustle of the community pool. The property manager was very helpful and inquired with us during our visit if they could do anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. Hope to visit again soon!

Our family had a wonderful week at Pool's Paradise in Seacrest Beach!!! The house was awesome!! We loved the neighborhood. We rented bikes and it was a great place for the kids to ride. The only complaint was the king beds (not in the master bedroom) were not comfortable. Everything else was great!! I would totally recommend this house to everyone!!! My 5 year old wants to live there. Thanks Royal Beach & Golf Resorts.

The location of this beautiful house makes it convenient to Rosemary and Alys Beaches as well as Panama City and Destin. The neighborhood is peaceful. The backyard pool is great, the community pool is huge, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk or golf cart ride away. Lots of green spaces in the community to walk or play games. This house is the perfect getaway. Can't wait to come again!

From the moment we drove into this amazing neighborhood we knew we had made the right choice. The home was beautifully decorated, neat, clean and we felt right at home. The pool was amazing, we had a great time playing in it every day. The kids loved that they could ride bikes everywhere...and so did we!
