I've stayed in Watersound 20+ times with my family, and this is one of our favorite houses that we've stayed in. The proximity to the beach boardwalk and the neighborhood pool is hard to beat. The house was very accomodating and well stocked. RD was great to work with. I needed a code to unlock the bikes and RD responded within seconds of my text. I highly recommend them as well. Great experience.

This was our 4th stay in Pura Vida. It is perfect for our family. And is well stocked with kitchen essentials. It would be nice to have some sort of dresser upstairs in the second king bedroom. Very quiet but easy to access restaurants, etc. Very close to community pool.

Our stay at Pure Vida was nothing short of wonderful. This is our second time staying in this community and this house was definitely the superior rental. The location to the pool and beach can't get any better for the price point. The back porch of the house is right on the boardwalk to the beach; there are no streets to cross, and the boardwalk is one of the quicker paths to the beach. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone in our party, which consisted of 6 adults and 3 kids, ages 9, 5 and 4. The walk to the pool and beach was especially easy with the kids. There is no golf cart with this unit, which we had in the prior year, but it's so close that we didn't need it. Quite frankly, I enjoyed the walks this year. Management was also very communicative during the week. The only small issue we had was that they disabled the key pad before check out time when we still had some small items left inside. Management was apologetic and resent a code but it wasn't working, so we decided to just leave since the items were insignificant (coffee, leftover food, etc.) We had a great week and will definitely be renting this unit in the future!

We only went for the long weekend but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was absolutely gorgeous! We usually stay in Seacrest/Rosemary, but have found it to be too crowded lately. The beach entrance was so close to the house and the view from the boardwalk crossing the dunes was just breathtaking. Best of all, the beach was so quiet and there was so much space to spread out!! The house itself was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable and the decks were also great. We would definitely come back to this house.

Pura Vida was the perfect home for our family vacation! Location could not have been better. Royal Destinations responded quickly to any concern we had. Housekeeping could have been a bit better. The only downside was our rentals through Rent Gear Here (Vacayzen). Bikes were in terrible shape (one was delivered with a flat tire wagon would not go straight). And they picked up part of our order a day early and would not consider any type of refund. We would definitely recommend Pura Vida and Royal Destinations... Just be careful who you rent (bikes, wagons, etc) from.

This home was the perfect place for our group of 7 people. It is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It is very well located; close to the pool and right on the beach boardwalk. It is extremely spacious and has great storage areas, closet space, and drawers. The kitchen is absolutely fabulous and chock full of cooking utensils and serving pieces. You won't need to bring a thing! We enjoyed the beautiful views from the top floor and wonderful meals on the screen porch. We would definitely return for a future stay. The only challenge we ran into was the absence of window coverings on some of the 2nd floor bathroom windows which were needed for privacy. Also, the grill didn't work during our stay. Overall, it is an incredibly nice house.

Pura Vida was a great house for our family vacation. The location is fantastic, right on a boardwalk and a short walk to the ocean. The house is also just one street over from the Dunesider pool which was also convenient since the house does not have a private pool. This house was one of the most well supplied houses that we have ever rented in Watersound. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and everything you need to prepare a meal. The house was very clean when we checked in and there were very few non-critical maintenance issues which were responded to immediately by the Royal Destinations team. Royal Destinations was also very helpful and professional in helping us to move our rental week due to the Covid uncertainties leading up to our scheduled week. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our large family. Looking forward to staying here again for a future trip to Watersound.

We were fortunate to book "Pura Vida" last minute to enjoy some time away during the Covid-19 crisis. Watersound on 30A was a welcome retreat from the bizarre reality we have had to bear over the past 2-3 months. Our home was well-appointed and ultra convenient to the beach boardwalks and Dunesider Pool & Grill that had recently reopened. The house was spacious, yet cozy, and very clean. The Watersound community felt like home in its greatest sense plus a beautiful beach! My only suggestion or criticism would be that the home only offers one king-sized bed if traveling with another couple or family needing more than one large bed. The carriage house above the garage was a huge plus for those with grandparents or with another small family who might appreciate a little of their own space. I would definitely consider this home again in the future depending on my guest list and sleeping arrangements. Sleeps 11-12 comfortably, anything more would be a stretch. Perfect. A... the Watersound community is arguably the best spot along 30A. Pura Vida was so welcoming, spacious, modern and location was near perfect. Less than 3 minutes to beach (walking over some of the worlds most beaiuriful dunes), community pool almost in the backyard and included bikes made it awesome to hop to the Hub or anywhere along 30A. I want to thank the owners for sharing your little slice of heaven with my family. The carriage house was excellent for my parents to come stay and still feel like they had some privacy. Could not have picked a better spot and we will be back!!!!

Pura Vida was an Exceptional Beach home. It was so much more than we expected. We Loved the location and the house had SO MANY extras. Just BEAUTIUL and very COMORTABLE. It had everything we needed, well except for a golf cart which would have been icing on the cake. LOL. This rental spoiled all of us. The beach was SO CLOSE and so less crowded than other nearby areas. We did not want to leave. The carriage House was also a great addition. LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!!!

We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children taking in the sun during Thanksgiving. Pura Vida was perfect for our needs. The children shared a room an all other adults were accomodated in their own quarters (the youngest adult thought it perfectly cool to slumber in the observation tower). The kitchen is perfectly appointed to cook a Thanksgiving meal and all of the appliances are top shelf. The owners have the precise gadget for every conceivable need. We enjoyed the indoor/outdooer design and took all of our meals outside despite ample seating inside. We are a close family and very much enjoyed the intimacy of this home.
