The location of the beach house is excellent. It is quiet yet close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again or at another Royal Destinations property. They were easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Visit

We visit 30a several times a year and Traditionally visit for Thanksgiving. This year we were in need of a larger space closer to the beach and Daydreams by the Sea did not disappoint. It was in an amazing location near the beach as well as Rosemary shops and restaurants. Royal Destinations was a pleasure to work with and communicated frequently and effectively. The home was also very well appointed and clean. We noticed that the owners are working to making some updates to the property and were in the process of refurbishing the pool which was not a bother during our stay. My only recommendation would be to update the deck and the main indoor living area furniture to make the home more comfortable as well as clean out some of the closets of unused items. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely like to return and utilize Royal Destinations in the future.

Nicely updated house. The 3 bedrooms are good sized, and the master bedroom also has a large closet which we used for the baby's crib. Easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach.

We loved the location of Daydreams by the Sea. It was very short distance to beach and shopping and eateries. The accommodations were very good and clean. We liked the four complimentary bikes and beach set up. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Daydreams by the Sea 2021

We had another great time on Geoff Wilder Lane. This was our second stay in this community and the location is unbeatable. We had a smaller group this time, so we didn't need one of the bigger houses. The house was in great shape and met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms/bathrooms were spacious. Our only issue was with the functionality of the doors onto the decks. They were a little racked and didn't close easily, but a seemingly simple repair. The Hospitality App was easy to use and kept all the important information at our fingertips.

The house was great; it looked recently renovated and freshly painted. The Water’s Edge neighborhood is perfectly located; close to the stores and shops of Rosemary beach but far enough away to avoid the crowd. This also helps at the beach since the neighborhood has dedicated space at the ocean therefore less crowded.The house would be perfect for three couples as each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.Beach access is convenient; it’s about a five minute walk through a beautiful little neighborhood.

Family Spring Break 2021

We enjoyed the proximity of the house to the beach and the private pool. There were a few cleaning issues that could have been addressed, especially since it's during the Covid Pandemic. Trash behind the couch, needed to be dusted, etc. We had no broom but the management team brought us one.Also the pool lights were blown during our entire stay. Televisions weren't working but maintenance came within an hour. So Royal Destinations did their job.

Great house, Poor Management.

The house and location are fantastic and the recent renovation was a nice touch. It ends there unfortunately as the pool and deck were filthy when we arrived, we hosed it off so we could even use it. The walk way from the house to the green belt was overrun with vegetation, we cleared it. We were never told the dryer was broken from previous guests when we arrived. We were with out a clothe dryer for 8 days with wet bathing suites and beach tows. Multiple calls to Royal Destinations and 2 different service guys came out to attempt to fix it with no luck. It was a 10 year old dryer, just replace it as this it totally unacceptable. Upstairs stereo was broken and the the internet was non existent during peak hours. Pool area is unwelcoming compared to other homes in the complex. New furniture would fix this. Hopefully the homeowners reads this and changes are made as the house itself it really nice. Its the small things that can make a break a property like this.

Nice home and location

We enjoyed the location and would stay in that neighborhood again. The house is nice and the kitchen well stocked. We especially liked that the beach was private access which helped keep the number of people down. We liked having a personal pool, however, the pump did not work and therefore it was filled with dead bugs, frogs, etc. We notified the property manager and they sent someone to clean the pool but the pump was not repaired. The other issue was the dryer stopped working mid week so we were unable to do our laundry for the last few days. We notified the property manager again and they sent someone that day but no one came out to repair it prior to our Saturday departure.

We had a great time. We are pleasantly surprised that the inside had went through a beautiful renovation and the pictures had not been updated yet. Everything was very clean. Only a few minor things were the outdoor space could use some clearing and pool could be slightly updated/cleaned up. The Wifi was spotty in certain areas. And there were not many trashcans located throughout the house (bathrooms, etc). However location was great! This was one of our best vacations!

Very nice property overall. Great location. WiFi service was vey poor when it rained. Houses in neighborhood are very close together and all have pools - be prepared for screaming kids on all sides all day. Great property if you have small kids of your own.

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends family of 4! We had 4 adults and 4 kids around the age of 10. We were a little worried that there would not be enough sleeping space but the house provided two air beds so it worked out well! (One bed lost air in the middle of the night but one of the boys slept on the sofa). There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc... fans in every room, comfortable beds! Pillows! Plenty of towels. Great washer and dryer. VERY CLEAN. THE POOL WAS A LIFE SAVER! our kids stayed in the pool for HOURS! Day and night! The house was walking distance to the beach - so close! Very convenient to all shops and restaurants. We only got in our car to go play mini golf one night. Overall- we ❤️ Daydreams by the Sea!

Great Location and very nice home

We really loved staying at this location. The private beach is awesome and the home is very nice. The surrounding neighborhoods and shops are great for walking around and riding bikes as well. I had a few minor complaints, the area to park your vehicle is fairly small so large vehicles could be a problem. Private pool is convenient but it had no lights that I could figure out how to turn on. We would definitely stay here again though.

You are close to shopping and dining, and the beach is just a 2 minute walk from the home. We will check on the pool light. They burn out on occasion so it may need to be replaced.
