Chicago Family Spring Break Vaca

After hearing about 30A for years, we finally made the trip this year. I was weary about the weather for the time of year, but we lucked out and had gorgeous sunny days with temps in the mid-high 70's. I had never contemplated staying in Seacrest Beach, but due to inventory and pricing, pulled the trigger on Peek A Boo View and everything about it (and the trip in general) exceeded expectations. The home is larger than the pics make it seem, very updated and the kitchen has every gadget you could imagine. The furniture was comfortable and in great condition and the decor is neutral and classic beach vibe. The location is perfect - steps to shops, the beach, the lagoon pool, and the surrounding properties/community is exactly what you would hope for when thinking of a beach vacation. I would definitely recommend the home and stay there again!

Family vacation with friends. The house had plenty of space for the 11 of us and the kids loved the bunk room. Easy access to rosemary beach and the shops at Seacrest. Walkable to the beach.

October Fall Break Vacation Rental

Property was what we expected. WiFi could have been more consistent but we knew from some of the reviews that there were some issues. Kitchen needs s few more pots & pans for cooking and definitely more than one pot holder. Over it was a good experience, an 8 out 10.

We had a wonderful stay at Peek A Boo View!! The house was beautiful and so clean, perfect for our family! We love that location and the proximity to so many family-friendly places and the fact that everything is within walking or biking distance. Our only complaint was not being able to use a tent or wagon at our beach access, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have so many little ones. The beach was very crowded too, just a little area is blocked off for those that didn't rent chairs. However, the pool was incredible and the kids loved going there just as much! Overall we had a wonderful vacation!

It was my first time visiting Seacrest for the Panama City Jazz Festival. LIVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!! The use of space in the family room/kitchen areas was well thought with all the seating. The bikes were an added bonus. It is a beautiful home and I am sure we will return. And check was easy breezy.

We really had a nice vacation, minor issue with the Hurricane Door but the staff was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Great House, loved the number of King Beds. Perfect location for the kids!

Great house, not so great new beach rules

This house was excellent, great neighborhood and the best neighborhood pool around. The ocean beach was very disappointing due to the new rules and dispute going on between public/ private ownership. The beach area designated for this neighborhood was extremely small and squeezed between rental chairs as far as the eye could see and private roped off beach. We ended up driving to a state beach down the road which defeated the purpose of staying in this location. We won't be coming back until the beaches are made public and aren't blocked by all the rental chair companies.

The home was great. Everything we needed was there. Having 4 King beds was the best! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and great location. We could walk to the large pool and walk or shuttle to the beach. If you want to reserve beach chairs and umbrellas do so quickly on line. If not there is someIs somewhat limited space on the beach for those who do t depending on what time of year you vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property!! It felt so clean and new from the moment we walked in. I loved that every bedroom had a king bed so we didn't have to fight over a master or who got what room! The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. There are a lot of stairs, but we needed a workout anyways with how much we ate there ;) The property is located VERY close to the shops and village green at SeaCrest and the beach shuttle stop as well. The pool was only a few blocks away but a cut through made it seem even closer :) Thanks again for everything, we will be back to this property for sure!!
