It’s a quiet, forested spot just a short walk or bike ride to Seaside, the Beach Club, pools, and the Tennis Center. We enjoy hearing the chapel bells, watching weddings from our porch, and rarely needing a car—biking to Publix or strolling into Seaside for sunsets and dinner. After a 2020 remodel, the home now has two cozy living areas, perfect for families, plus a screened porch with a swinging bed. It’s our happy place—we just wish we could be there more often.

Fabulous house! Great location!

This home is just beautiful! Extremely clean, generous with towels. Each bedroom has its own bathroom two bedrooms are en suites which makes it so nice if you have multiple families. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The location is ideal, literally two minute walk to shopping and restaurants. Also watercolor tennis club is literally a few steps away. Communication with the rental company was always quick and helpful.

Great wedding house for Seaside Chapel

Our daughter was married in the Seaside chapel on Sept. 7th. It was the perfect location. Right out the chapel's back door. It also has 2 living areas so the groomsmen and bridesmaids could come to the house after pictures but before the guests arrived. It couldn't have been more perfect.

We had a wonderful week! Location of the house is fabulous to experience Seaside and Watercolor! There were 6 of us in the house and we had plenty of room. We all thought the beds were super comfy! Communication was great!

37 Lake District Lane was even better than we were expecting! The location is absolutely perfect. It is at the end of a street by the chapel so no street noise. Seaside square is about a 3 min walk and Watercolor Beach Club was about 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride. The house was immaculate and was completely prepared for our arrival. Beyond the house, Royal Destinations was an excellent company to work with. They were helpful before we arrived and during our stay. We had a couple of minor things pop up over the week and they were resolved within a couple of hours. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this house and the rental company!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The close proximity to Seaside yet having Watercolor amenities gives you the best of both worlds! Some of our favorite things were the two living spaces, the master bed and bath on the first floor, the back porch bed/swing overlooking Seaside Chapel, the wooded backyard, and the secluded feel.
