The four-bedroom four bath home has been remodeled with all new décor throughout including outdoor furnishings on the expansive porches and the beautiful lanai. Take full advantage of the largest private pool in Water’s Edge and perhaps all of 30A. When it is time for the beach, stroll the palm tree-lined pedestrian path that leads to the neighborhood’s private beach walkover. With only 26 home-sites and security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic.

Great and easy- huge balcony and pool

We had the best week. The house was well appointed, clean, and spacious. The wrap around porch was perfect and gave us double our living space. And the pool was huge compared to all of the others in the neighborhood. Management was polite and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This property is a hidden gem in Rosemary. While most of the other homes within this community have neighbors on both sides and very little privacy, this home sits nestled away behind the palms. With ocean views from the massive covered deck on the second floor, as well as from the balcony from the primary suite on the third floor, you can decide whether to spend your day at the beach or in your large private pool. The property is perfectly situated within walking distance of downtown Rosemary or just a quick bike ride to Alys Beach. We can’t wait to return to this perfect piece of paradise.

We have rented 6 homes in Water's Edge and this is our FAVORITE home we have rented. The layout and size are perfect. The house has new furniture and is super updated. The kitchen is fully stocked. The outdoor pool area is the biggest we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend this home!!

We had consistent communication from the company assisting us with our stay. The house was spotless upon arrival, and accommodated us comfortably. The gate made it feel even more safe in an already safe area. The pictures don’t do this property justice because it’s even more beautiful in person. The walk to the beach was easy, and the pool was the perfect way to end the day. To top it off it feels different than any house because there are no neighbors directly beside you, so it feels like a little getaway with all the greenery surrounding the home.
