Blue Pine Sea-clusion provides the perfect destination situated in the secluded Seagrove neighborhood of Grove by the Sea. Don’t let steps prevent you from vacationing as Blue Pine Sea-clusion is equipped with a chair lift that gives easy access to the first floor for anyone who is mobility challenged. The spacious living area opens to a fully-equipped modern gourmet kitchen. The first floor also features a laundry/ butler’s pantry, half bath, and a queen bedroom en suite with a walk-in shower. Sip your coffee on the screened front porch and experience the peace and quiet of the pine woods, or enjoy some quiet time in the library. The spacious king master suite with adjoining kids’ bunk room, features hardwood floors and a vaulted paneled ceiling. A second master suite with king bed and private bath, along with two bedrooms joined by a Jack-and-Jill bath, complete the second floor. The carriage house offers additional space for privacy and relaxation with a king and 2 twin beds, private bath, mini-fridge and microwave. A large back porch with seating and dining space overlooks the backyard, where an inviting fire pit and Adirondack chairs await. The community's tennis and basketball courts are across the street, and one of two pools is only steps away. Beach access and the great shops and restaurants of Seaside are an easy bike ride on one of the 4 adult bikes provided, or a short walk - or a quick trip on the golf cart. Great house in Seagrove. I timed my walk from house to beach access stairs 7 minutes. The house would be perfect for young parents with younger kids. There are plenty of rooms but not all rooms and beds fit well for parents or big kids. Figure your bedding strategy before you go. It’s clean and very quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Pine-clusion! There was a bed for everyone- even the kids. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was so well stocked- we had every dish and pan that we could possibly need. The location cannot be beat. Just a short walk or bike ride away- and even shorter when using the golf cart. The staff at Royal Destinations were lightning fast to respond to questions and requests. I highly recommend this home and thank the Owners and Royal Destinations for a magical stay!

Our family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. It was a week of memories. Your home was clean, inviting, and cozy. Our favorite part was the design and layout of the home. It offers so many places to sit and relax by yourself or with a group. Your well-stocked kitchen was used almost every evening to prepare delicious meals. The golf cart was an extra bonus that we loved. It took us to the beach every day, to Seaside and tooled us around the lovely neighborhood. Great Vacation House

We loved the house and was pretty much as described in the overview. Two minor things, the bunkroom is a little deceiving from description as it is located in the upstairs master suite, so that was basically useless (for us), and the other think was on the description of the coffee makers, their where drip vs. Kuerig as was indicated in the description, both non issues for us. We enjoyed the house very much and the location was great as it was a quiet street (which we wanted) and very close to the pool for the kids. The only real issue we had is the door leading to the outside front screened in porch seemed to out of square making it very hard if not almost impossible for the ladies in our group to open and close properly. Not a big deal at all and am certain the property mgmnt. company will have it take care of pronto.

Overall, this property was perfect for our four families. There was ample room for everyone to have a relaxing time and the proximity to the community pool and beach access was easy to manage. It would have been nice to get a heads up about the parking situation at the beach access (no parking the golf cart there) and it would have been even better to have a garden hose on the property to wash off any of the sand from our beach gear before packing to go home. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this house!

Everything was amazing! A very beautiful house and a great equipped kitchen! The only complaint I have is about the trash. When we got there on Thursday, both trash cans were almost full from I guess the previous people, so on Saturday we called 3 times to get someone to come take care of the trash snd no one ever came. So we had trash everywhere when we left. But other then that everything was great!

Great house.

This house has a wonderful location. The pool is walking distance from the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were not adequate for a house this size but we made due. Also the carriage house smells like smoke and was a turn off for our family we had staying in there. We ask that the air filters be replaced but that didn’t help. I cannot recommend this house due to the smoke smell it was a big turn off.

Perhaps someone was smoking outside under the air conditioner unit. This is one of the larger homes in the Grove by The Sea neighborhood. The recent renovations have added a carriage house with additional sleeping for 6 and private bath. This home is extremely well stocked and has plenty of room for large parties. Blue Pine Sea-clusion also offers a handicapped lift as well as a golf cart that is available to rent. The complimentary bikes and golf cart make it easy to get to and from the beach and enjoy all that 30-A has to offer. Great house in a great neighborhood. Beautiful location. Very shady, quiet & peaceful location. Wonderful pool very, very close by. Loved having the bikes & golf cart. Royal Destinations very helpful & easy to contact if needed. Short, shaded, picturesque 0.4 mile walk to the beach. Easy, convenient beach access.

Blue Pine Sea-clusion is spacious and well stocked for large parties. Blue Pine has a golf cart available for rent, but also comes with four complimentary bikes. Guests are ideally located along 30A and are able to easily enjoy all of the food and entertainment that 30A has to offer. With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, a large driveway that is able to provide parking for up to 3 vehicles, and a carriage house, Blue Pine Sea-clusion is spacious enough for everybody in your party to relax and enjoy their 30A retreat.
