This home was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to bring multiple teenage girls for spring break with a few parents. Very close proximity to the beach and definitely within walking distance to Seaside. It had everything we needed and Moore, especially bathrooms, towels, and space.

Blue Sol was just perfect for our family- and the management company was incredible at every turn. The home is lovely, clean, well appointed. The beds are so comfy, the pool was heated to perfection. From the Sonos sound system throughout the house and back yard to the quality furnishings and perfect location- we couldn’t have asked for more. The 6 bikes were also a fun and useful bonus. Our whole family truly enjoyed every part of the week.

Loved this home- beautifully furnished and worked perfectly for our family. The backyard was incredible- huge pool and nice covered patio with tv. Loved all the outdoor lighting. Royal destinations were excellent! Promptly brought us a new propane gas for the grill and fixed our Wi-Fi when it went out. Very attentive and great to work with. Highly recommend.

We love coming to Seaside every fall and I usually like to rent different homes. However, after staying here we all agree this will be our forever vacation home. So much luxury and the pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen are a plus. It rained nearly every day all day so having to stay indoors was not so bad!

Blue Sol was just as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. We stayed with our son and his wife and 2 boys. Plenty of sleeping rooms. Lots of room to spread out and eat together, do puzzles, sit by the pool.Easy 3 block walk to a beautiful beach where we enjoyed complimentary beach umbrella and 2 chairs.Plenty of food options and a Publix within walking distance, or use one of the 6 provided bicycles.We had the pool heated so we really took advantage of this feature.Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Keurig and plenty of ice. All in all a great place to land for a relaxing vacay!!

Perfect Location - Amazing Outdoor Space

The property was perfect for our group of families. All of the bedrooms have bathrooms connected and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs bunk bed room was perfect for the kids! Each room also had some type of outdoor porch near it. We had some issues with the fridge and air conditioner but Royal Destinations was quick to fix and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for a large group. The walking distance to beach and town is ideal!

Beautiful Home - Great Location

Blue Sol is a beautiful home had plenty of space for me and my guests. The decor is spot on, pool was perfect. The housekeeping was awful! We had to call maintenance to get the grill area work and tech “Hudson” was awesome and prompt with our request.

We're so happy you and your family enjoyed our home, Blue Sol! This home has absolutely everything anyone could want for a beach vacation! The back yard with the huge pool, outdoor fireplace and grilling area is perfect for entertaining. The beach access is only step away from the house along with restaurants and shopping. Our Royal Staff is always available to be there for guests with any issues and would've been happy to send someone to address any cleaning issues, we want all our guests to have a wonderful time without any complications. The location of the home is fantastic, very close to the beach and Seaside. The home itself is spacious with soaring ceilings, beautiful finishes, and charming furnishings. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. We loved everything about Blue Sol, the bikes, the pool, the location, the huge master bedroom and bath, the cozy, beachy furniture, and the helpful management staff! Highly recommend.

Overall a really good property, small minor issues that were not that significant. House is approximately 150 yards from beach access. Back door has pool alarm that did not always work properly. Back yard and outdoor cooking area was great. Loved the neighborhood and area.

Amazing house

The house and all its extras made our vacation one to remember. The little ones lived the pool and the adults loved the pool, fire pit and outside kitchen. The house was very spacious and accommodating to 3 full families.

Beautiful Blue Paradise

This home is gorgeous and had everything we were looking for. We had eight people in our group. There was plenty of seating in the living area. A huge dining table that we could eat at together and still have space for more. Stocked kitchen with every item you would need for cooking and eating. Loved that there is a Ninja blender! We made lots of milkshakes and frozen drinks. This home looks like it has been professionally decorated. No expense was spared in every single area and detail of this home!! It is stunning! Even more beautiful than the pictures online. The beds, pillows, and bed linens were top notch and very comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful and stocked with Aveda toiletries. Every single roll of tissue, the towels, and the paper towel roll were wrapped with raffia ribbons when we arrived. These extra touches make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star luxury hotel. The remote controlled electric fireplace in the living area was awesome! The entertainment options in the home such as the Bluetooth outdoor speaker, the TV viewing options and the game consoles in the bunk room were wonderful. The backyard is private and amazing! We actually spent more time in the pool than we did at the beach. The pool is just the right size. All eight of us (adults) fit just fine. Some beach rentals have pools that are ridiculously small. Not this one. It was perfect! I love the tanning ledge! I could have stayed there all day. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of lighting around the pool for sitting outside at night. The only light was the motion detected flood light that only stayed on for a few seconds. We tried to find a switch that would allow you to turn that light on and not just be motion activated, but could not find a way to do so. Beach access is just down the street. Very short walk. We enjoyed the six bikes and loved the short ride to Seaside each day! A big thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home. We had an amazing time!!

Birthday Celebration at Blue Sol

We had a fabulous stay at Blue Sol. The house is beautiful, spacious and great location. We loved all the deck areas to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Only downside was not having more time there. Will definitely be back!
