This rental was perfect for our 30A vacation. All bedrooms were very spacious and luxurious. The bunk room and carriage house were beyond our expectations. The walk to the beach was quick and the beach access was not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together at Gone Coastal! The spacious, beautifully decorated house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 5 children ages 4 through 8 years old. The heated pool was a favorite activity and the close proximity to the beach resulted in many hours of beach time. We cooked most days in the wonderful kitchen but enjoyed a few meals at some close restaurants. We would definitely stay at Gone Coastal again!

Gone Coastal a fantastic place for our family and friends. We had 17 with 5 boys and 6 girls and the house was set up perfectly to allow everyone their own space. Beach access was convenient and location was right between Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach.Royal Destinations staff were also extremely helpful and responded to every question or email. I had probably in with a detailed answer. We are already planning our stay for next New Year’s

Amazing home rental on 30A for large groups

We scoured the rental listings for the perfect place for our large group of six adults and seven kids and when we landed on this home hosted by Royal destinations, it was everything we had hoped for. The rental experience was easy. The home was extremely well-maintained and clean. Upon arrival. It was very nicely stocked. The private heated pool was probably our favorite part. Even when we had a little trouble with the heater they sent someone out immediately and since we didn’t have the best weather that week, all of us spent so much time around the pool and the backyard area, every bedroom and bunk room has tons of space the bathrooms are amazing I can’t say enough about this home. We use the bikes every day the adults even rode to Seaside and back multiple times on the bikes they have two washers and two dryers and we were able to wash and clean the pool towels daily as needed , the older kids absolutely loved the coach house and the bunk room. All of the children were able to stay together, which was a wonderful experience for them. We will definitely be back and we will definitely rent the same home again. Royal destinations, concierge service was very prompt in answering any calls or texts, or any questions we had throughout the week , they sent separate messages just to check on us and see how we were enjoying our stay as well which I found very nice Finally the locations amazing you are a very short walk to the beach access. The beaches near this home are not overcrowded you are located in between Rosemary Beach and Secrest beach and it’s a nice quieter area than being in the hustle and bustle of Seaside or all the new construction going up by Rosemary location is perfect.

Lots of room to spread out. Very nice home! Having a elevator for getting luggage and groceries in was a big plus for us!! Kitchen is on main floor where you go in. That is a plus too!!
