If I could give JUST B more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! After more than 25 years of vacationing along the Gulf Coast, this is hands down the most amazing home we have ever rented.Everything about this home is exceptional. We had 18 family members staying together, ranging in age from 2 months to 86 years old, and the house was truly perfect for everyone.The private pickleball court was a huge hit—so much so that even the neighbors asked if they could come play! The kids completely took over the third-floor game rooms, and the two secret rooms were the highlight of endless games of hide-and-seek. Honestly, we hardly saw them because they were having so much fun.The elevator was a wonderful feature for our 86-year-old mom, making it easy for her to enjoy every floor of the home without worrying about the stairs.The kitchen is every chef's dream. It is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the oversized pantry made storing food and supplies for a large group incredibly convenient.One evening we hired a hibachi chef to cook dinner at the house, and the outdoor entertaining space couldn't have been more perfect. Between the pool, the many comfortable seating areas, the grill, and the outdoor refrigerator, it created one of our favorite family memories.One of the unexpected highlights of our trip was having our family photos professionally taken at the house. We were able to capture stunning pictures both inside and outside the property, and every photo still had that beautiful coastal, beachy feel. The home itself served as the perfect backdrop, and those pictures will be treasured by our family for years to come.What impressed us most was that there was absolutely nothing we found ourselves needing. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the home is stocked with everything you could want for a relaxing, luxurious vacation.JUST B isn't just a vacation rental—it feels like a luxury resort designed for families. It gave us the perfect place to relax, laugh, make memories, and spend quality time together.We are already planning our next trip and fully expect this to become our family's beach home for many years to come. Just B is, without question, one of the most impressive vacation homes we have ever stayed in. We traveled with four generations of family, and this home exceeded every expectation.One of the biggest advantages is the parking. Accommodating up to eight vehicles is an incredible luxury in the WaterColor area, where parking is often a challenge. The walk to the beach is easy and convenient, and unlike many nearby beaches, this stretch never felt overcrowded, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful Gulf views. No need for a golf cart! Easy access to the beach and plenty of bikes to ride around to explore the area. The home itself is a masterpiece. Every room is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, with not an inch of space wasted. Every nook and cranny serves a purpose, creating a home that is both stunning and incredibly functional. The elevator provides easy access to all three floors, which was especially appreciated by our family members of all ages.The amenities are second to none. From the private workout room to the pickleball court—which is truly the envy of the neighborhood—every detail has been carefully considered. Multiple outdoor seating areas surround a picturesque pool and spa, creating the perfect gathering spaces for family and friends. The indoor and outdoor surround sound system adds another level of luxury and enjoyment to the experience.The views from the windows throughout the home are spectacular, and the third floor offers breathtaking views of the beach.Honestly, I could go on and on. Just B is more than a vacation rental—it is a destination in itself. The owners have created a home that is beautiful, welcoming, and perfectly designed for making memories with the people you love. We recently stayed at Just B over the Mardi Gras holiday, and it was Just Incredible! We have a large group, and the home accommodates everyone with ease. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how intentional, spacious, and elevated everything felt. It’s basically a boutique 5-star resort packaged in the most gorgeous house we have ever been in! One of our favorite features is the grand courtyard and the outdoor spaces. We absolutely love how it creates a sense of privacy and extravagance — it is welcoming, completely private, and resort-like. The courtyard flows perfectly creating one cohesive outdoor experience. Whether relaxing in the spa, swimming in the pool, playing on the pickleball court, or just lounging on the grass of the courtyard, the outdoor spaces gave everyone something to enjoy. The cushioned pickleball court is so luxurious we all played barefoot on it all day. The kids especially loved the extra large heated spa — they would not get out of it — and it quickly became the centerpiece of our daily routine. The third-floor bar and entertainment area is unbelievable! The balconies tower above the surrounding homes and offer beautiful views of the beach. It is another incredible space for our entire family to gather in to change the pace of the day. The third floor has a special vibe to it with its own full bar area and gaming stations became one of the most enjoyable spaces in the house. The kitchen is equally impressive — spacious, high-end, and perfect for hosting a large group. Preparing meals was easy and enjoyable. Especially with it on the first floor and central to the outdoor entertainment. Indoor/Outdoor flow of this house in amazing! We had a couple of dinner reservations that we cancelled because our group did not want to leave this house. The absolute ease of having elevator access to every floor makes a huge impact — especially for bringing up luggage on arrival and carrying everything back up after the beach trips. It made moving between levels simple and convenient for everyone in our group. The laundry setup is extremely useful, with laundry rooms on both the first and second floors and three total washer and dryer sets, which made staying on top of wet laundry effortless. What we loved most is that you can truly JUST B there. Just be together. Just be relaxed. Just be present. The resort-level accommodations — including a personnel home gym, easy beach access nearby, and bikes for exploring — made everything seamless. Even though we loved the property and hardly wanted to leave, it was easy to ride to nearby shops and restaurants when we chose to. We absolutely hated to leave and are already looking forward to returning. Just B gave us the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and connection. If you’re looking for a place on 30A that truly delivers an elevated, resort-style experience, Just B lives up to its name in every way.
