Great Beach House

Very clean house. Loved the spacious kitchen area and abundant dishes and cook ware. Walk to the beach was short and the tram to the beach was just steps away. Enjoyed having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach. Also enjoyed the firepit in the evening. The beds were comfortable as were the other furnishings. Easy walk to Rosemary and it was nice to have the bikes also. Overall, it was a great location. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay.

The BEST vacation

This home was fabulous! Everything was **** and span, the beds were comfortable, as were the sofas in the living area. The pool was clean and a service came while we were there to take care of it. The location is great....the only negative was the crowded beach.

Great place for multiple families

The house and outdoor space was clean and well maintained. Management company was very responsive. Our only issue was disappointment in the beach access. No wagons or coolers were allowed and I had rented them for our stay. Beach was too small to accommodate the number of people and the private beach required chair rentals which were packed tightly together. We couldn’t use a shade tent either. Ended up driving to Inlet public beach which was nice. The pool at the house was wonderful!

We like to think of 30A as our little-known secret. As more and more people discover that secret, the beaches can tend to be more crowded during our peak seasons. If you choose to use the Seacrest Beach access, Seacrest does have a tram service that runs March-October. To utilize the tram, walk to nearest tram stop and call for pickup. The tram runs from 9 AM-5:30 PM every 15 minutes, 7 days a week. We are glad to hear you were able to utilize the Inlet Beach access during your stay. Perfect Stay at Pools Paradise

We loved this beautiful & comfortable space! Exactly what we needed!The only drawback was the very small and crowded beach. What little space they had to accommodate was packed with Beach Umbrella and Chair companies. Not a comfortable place for beach- so we found other ones. Fight for more beach for all your renters!

A hidden gem in a great area!

I can't begin to describe how wonderful this place is. First, Royal Destinations manages the property and they were fantastic. It's like your own personal concierge. They even had baby equipment we could rent in advance that was waiting at the house for us when we arrived. Check in was easy, the house was immaculate and such a good location! Just a few things: for a house this nice, I was surprised there wasn't a better stove. Also, we often left the property through the back gate because it was a shorter walk that way. But, there is a stump you have to be really careful about and you could trip. I think they should remove that stump because it is a hazard.I also wish I had the ability to create my own door code to get in.Beds were super comfortable and sitting by the pool and firepit at night was really nice (although it worked, the firepit is cracked). Many great family memories made in this spectacular home. Close to everything and just a beautiful property. I'm a picky traveler. Stay here. You won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Pool’s Paradise. The location was convenient to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. We could walk or ride the bikes anywhere we wanted to go. Tram stop was right on the corner. The house was clean and accommodating. Would stay there again.

The overall property was excellent, pictures and descriptions where very accurate and there were no surprises. The rental company was great to work with and very responsive - even during a holiday. We only had 2 issues of note: (1) we paid to have the pool heated and something was wrong with the heater so the pool never got warm until the 3rd day we were there. (2) There was no propane in the grill tank or the outdoor fireplace tank. Both issues were addressed but I didn't agree with having to pay the full price to have the pool heated when I only got to use it half the time.

Our week at Rosemary Beach

We really enjoyed our second stay at Pool's Paradise. We enjoyed the pool at the house even more than last year and loved the great addition of the patio couch/furniture & umbrella. It was so nice. One of the porch lights was burned out, however, and we should have called about it but didn't until later in the week when our gas grill ran out of propane. The guy that came was so nice, brought our gas and fixed the light bulb too. The ice maker dispenser on the door of the refrigerator didn't work from the time we got there. We should have called about it but didn't. It got a little exciting on the 4th of July when the power was out for a couple of hours. Then on Friday night, July 5th, when we were trying to get a good night's rest, the power went on and off about five or six times. We know this cannot be helped and we were to happy on the 4th that the lights went ON!! The community pool was super crowded. This is our third year here and the pool was as busy as ever. Too busy really. Everyone was nice though and we appreciate the attention of the life guards who did a great job. We loved riding our bikes and loved the shops and locals. One night we went down a few blocks to a full size band who played in the park area and everyone loved it. We really love this area and will definitely come back again. We went to church on Sunday several miles away and enjoyed Grayson Beach (?) along with Helen Beach (?) with the paddle boards and kayaks. I don't know what we would change about it. We love 30A! Hope to rebook with an even larger discount for next year!! Also, we had massages, and even got in a few hours early on Saturday arrival. We would definitely return and will recommend to our friends. Thanks for everything.

Excellent Beach House

This house is perfectly located for those who want easy access to the beach without beach front prices. The beach is a an easy 1/4 mile walk or take the free tram ride with all your stuff. The home is spacious with a great layout for families, and is well equipped, especially in the kitchen. The option to heat the pool worked out great for our family as the neighborhood pool was too cold for our little ones. The only thing we recommend to the homeowners/management company is to purchase a new grill. The current one does not work properly and given how nice everything else is, we thought this stood out as something that didn’t match the quality of everything else. Every person we dealt with at Royal was courteous, responsive, and helpful and honestly the best rental experience we ever had. Highly recommend Pool Paradise.

Three families (one child each) shared this house. It is conveniently located just a half block from the main pool and not much farther to the beach access point. Private pool was awesome although leaves from trees dropped steadily into it. Open kitchen design so we weren't bumping into each other. Downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower rather than walk-in shower but functional. House appears to have had some recent sprucing up (pain, deck materials) and overall was in very good condition. Would definitely rent here again.

Awesome week at Pools Paradise

We spent a wonderful week at Pools Paradise! 5 of adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all. House is in great shape and looks so much better than the pictures. The private pool is large and such fun, we used it every day after the beach. We had issues with the dryer not work properly but management was very attentive and I was notified a day after maintenance came out, that a new washer and dryer were to be delivered. Also don't worry about needing your car once you arrive, you can bike everywhere and two are available for your use at the home as well as a tram service that picks you up and takes you to the beach, although it's a short walk there. We had two minor maintenance issues, but they were handled very quickly and the maintenance person made sure we were satisfied with the work. Pool's Paradise was fantastic; the pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely stay @ the property again and recommend to a friend. The kitchen was impressive: tons of appliance, flatware, serving ware, organized, etc. Great location: close to pool, tram stop and Seacrest Village. Unfortunately, both the pool @ the house was very cold and the Seacrest community pool was cold. We were disappointed b/c the rental company told us ahead of time the community pool was heated. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The rental property management app was great and easy to use. The washer and dryer need to be updated. We had to reuse the dryer several times to get 1 load dry.

Great Family Retreat

This was a great property for a family of 8! It was well maintained, clean, and extremely functional. The heated pool made a huge difference for us due to the cold temperatures the week we were there. We were able to be outside in the pool every day even though the Beach was too cold. The house is in a great location, close to all of the restaurants and shops at Rosemary Beach. The shuttle service to the Beach was a great amenity even though it's only a 5 minute walk away. The Royal Destinations staff did an excellent job answering questions throughout the rental process and during our stay. We would recommend this property and their management to anyone!

Our family of 10 stayed here for 4 nights. It was an experience we will never forget. The house was impeccable. Everything you could possibly need was there. I've never stayed at a nicer home. It was within walking distance to the beach, but there was also a tram to pick us up for the little ones. We felt like royalty staying at this home, and I would recommend it to anyone. The rental company was also amazing and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Can not say enough wonderful things about the entire experience.

We had an A+ time staying at Pool's Paradise. The property management company was a pleasure to work with and everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well maintained. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and there were plenty of dishes/silverware to account for a large group. The pool was awesome. The shuttle to the beach took less than 1 minute to arrive each time we called. It is a short walk as well if you don't want to call the shuttle. Nearby shops and restaurants were fun and only a short walk or bike ride. Amazing house and area, will definitely be back!!

Treating our children and grandchildren to a "week at the beach" - we could not have had a more wonderful experience! The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. The location was great - restaurants, shopping, and beach - the perfect distance from the house. We loved having our own pool to enjoy and biking thru the neighborhood was a must every afternoon with the grandchildren! Not one person in our family from age 5-64 was ready to leave this beautiful place! We will be making this an annual trip!!!!

Perfect Family Getaway!!!

We couldn't be more pleased with our recent vacation to Seacrest Beach, and Pool's Paradise was the ideal rental! We took our first "all family" vacation and this home was ideal for all of the couples and their children. The private pool was wonderful and the short stroll to the gorgeous, well maintained community pool was a breeze. We were also pleasantly surprised by the easy walk to the beach and, when we had gear to carry, the call for tram pick up was seamless and we never waited more than a few minutes. The home was beautiful and very spacious... and extremely clean. Other than the need for a pantry or additional cabinet space for food, this rental literally had everything else a family would ever need! The entire staff of both Royal Destinations and Seacrest Beach couldn't have been friendlier or easier to work with. Every family member agreed at the end of our stay that Pool's Paradise provided everything we needed to enjoy one of our best vacations ever, and we will definitely be renting this property again in the future. Thanks to the owners and Royal Destinations for a week none of us will every forget!!!

Absolutely Perfect!

This house was a great little getaway for my family. My wife, two daughters ages 2 1/2 and 6 months, and I made the trip with my retired parents. My parents also served as great built in babysitters so we could get out and enjoy Rosemary Beach, Seacrest and Alys Beach all just an easy walk from our centrally located home.The daily beach chair setup and proximity to the pool were also a definite plus, but no need to leave the house with your own private pool. The house was clean and had all the necessary cooking utensils, flatware, plates, etc. I would say that this house could work for up to 3-4 couples or 1-2 families. The extra sleeping spaces as noted are pullout couches etc.Also cannot say enough good things about the 30A area. For those that don't know the area, there is everything you need within walking distance. We can't wait to go back next year and visit Pool's Paradise- Seacrest Beach.

We have stayed at many Seacrest homes over the past 10 years. By far, this was the nicest place. It was clean and roomy. My wife walked in the kitchen and all the dishes were the same, not piece mealed. The quality of the furniture was top notch. Very conveniently close to the pool. Air worked good, although 3rd floor room was a little stuffy. We had 12 people so everyone had their own bed. Pool alarm for back yard pool was irritating, but totally understand why it's there. The pics on VRBO do not do this property justice. It is way nicer. Also, management company was the best we've had so far. One bit of advice for management company is to make that extra step coming down from the 3rd floor more noticeable. Also, the home owners association for the condos on the other side of the street have created more rules to aggrevate renters/owners of Seacrest. For one, they say you can no longer roll a cooler from the gate to the beach. Seriously? They said the renters there say it makes too much noise. Also, no surfboards or paddle boards. You have to rent from the vendors on the beach. Lastly, they had a sign up saying maximum beach capacity is 150 people. Uh, ok. We loved this house, but we may start staying someone else besides Seacrest if this **** stays the same.

The property was clean and the bedrooms spacious. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed in Pool's paradise with a group of college friends for another friends wedding. The house and neighborhood were very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. I'd say the only drawback to the place was that there wasn't any basic amenities (paper towels, garbage bags, or even toilet paper) stocked. Otherwise everything was great and I'd recommend the property to anyone.

We had a great time. The pool in our own backyard is a plus. Specially when you have little kids and don't feel like packing things up to go to the beach everyday. This was our second time staying at this house and we plan on booking again.

Nice at the pool

Fabulous house

This was the perfect house for our group, 7 children and 6 adults. The house was clean and well maintained, the kitchen had everything we could need and the pool on the property was great. The community pool, just a block away, is huge! This neighborhood is terrific for families and the added benefit of the shuttle to the beach was a life saver.

Another great vacation at Seacrest Beach in Pool's Paradise! Plenty of room for the entire family. Spent most of everyday at the beach, in our private pool in the backyard, or pedaling our bikes through Seacrest and Rosemary Beach! Can't wait for the summer of 2014!!

A Wonderful Vacation

From the time we arrived until our reluctant departure, our family had a wonderful vacation in Seacrest Beach. Pool's Paradise was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was immaculately cleaned and when we had a minor problem with a toilet, the rental company quickly sent workers to deal with it. The house backs up to a wooded area so it feels very private and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. It is also close to the community pool. Beautiful house!

Pools Paradise was a pleasure to visit. What we enjoyed most was the convenient location, being able to easily walk or bike to many restaurants and shops in the Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys beach area. Enjoyed the private pool and back porch. A pretty good stroll to the beach, but the trams ran frequently for those not up for it. Would definitely return to the area, and recommend this home in particular.

We left the busy life of Atlanta to come and stay at Pool's Paradise and are so happy we did! We paid the extra fee to heat the pool and thank goodness we did, as the air temps were quite a bit cooler than we had planned for! Overall wonderful home to stay and plenty of room for each of us to have some personal space to read, play or relax!

Beautiful home!

The house was wonderful and our 4 children really enjoyed the pool (ages 14 to 19). Unfortunately we did not have a good weather week during our stay. It rained every day and most evenings. My only complaint is that we drove 850 miles and timed our arrival so that we were there for our 4 p.m. check in and arrived to be told that we could not enter the property until 5 p.m. due to the cleaning service not being finished with the property. We had a carful of groceries and 6 people who had spent way too much travel time together and we could not get into the home as contracted. The office people, although not unfriendly, were not very apologetic either. We would recommend this home and would definitely stay here again but we would hope the property would be available as promised.

Wonderful vacation home!

We had a wonderful first trip to Seacrest Beach. The staff of Royal Beach Rentals was great at providing answers to all of our questions and checking on us during our stay. The neighborhood and house were clean and upscale. We loved having a partially shaded private pool for days when the kids had too much sun. Would definitely recommend this house and stay there again!

A Week in (Pool's) Paradise!

Our stay at Pool's Paradise was very enjoyable. We stayed in the house years ago under different ownership and there seems to be little to no wear and tear on it. We all felt very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the entire family. The younger kids enjoyed their own room while the teenager had all the privacy he wanted in the 3rd floor alcove. We loved that every family had a master bedroom with a private bath. There was almost always someone at the beach or in our private pool. We have been coming to the Destin area for a number of years and this house in SeaCrest Beach is by far our favorite.

Beautiful Property

Our biggest issue was that the property was not ready when we arrived and it took over an hour (past 5:oo pm) to get it cleaned. The hurried cleaning was not as well done as we might have expected. The property is beautiful and well-located within walking distance of the beach. We found the management company very accomodating after that first day's issue which appeared to be caused by the previous guest's late departure. We would go back again hoping inconsiderate guests might not be a problem again. After driving such a long distance, we were not wanting to "wait" such a long time before we could get started with our vacation and that delay interfered with a planned birthday party for three children in out group. That was disappointing. However, it was a wonderful vacation once we got settled and the property itself couldn't have been nicer.

Pool's Paradise vacation

the whole family loved the house and neighborhood. The house was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was an added bonus to have the alarm on the door leading out to the pool since we had my young grandson with us. It was a short walk to the beach, but when we called tram service to pick us up, they responded quickly. Thanks for a great family vacation!

What a great vacation

The property was in a great location. The tram to the beach was very easy and convenient. The beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the management failed to tell us it was $250 to heat the pool and it was freezing. My kids would not get in. Also the community pool is huge and beautiful but in March it is freezing. It would be nice to have a place for the kids to swim besides the ocean.

This is our 3rd year to stay at Pool's Paradise. We love this property - it's in a great location, the layout of the house is great, we LOVE the private pool. I can tell there has been a little wear on parts of the property though. The back door is getting difficult to open and close properly. Also the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced and the jetted tub did not work. The amenities are wonderful and we really enjoyed having netflicks available this year. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and had everything we needed. Thanks again for another great vacation! Already looking forward to next year!

The house was great, pool was awesome, my grandchildren loved having a pool and so did the parents. The kitchen was fantastic, large enough for cook and prep help. The only complaint was the mattresses. The king bedroom on the 2nd floor, not the master, had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever seen. My son and his wife slept in this room, and he said his cot at boyscout camp was more comfortable. The other mattresses also need to be replaced. It was very disappointing to spend that much money and not have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The children want to stay in the house next year, but would only rent again if the mattresses were new. The staff at Royal Beach were very nice, helpful and responsive, would use their services again.

Absolutely loved the house! In fact- we miss the house! The set up was great, more that enough room for all of us, and the pool was the icing on the cake. We appreciated the neighborhood for its location and safety for our children. Our only wish would be easier beach access.

We were thrilled with our decision to stay at this property. It has all of the amenities of home. Just a short walk to the community pool. The private pool was great for kids learning to swim and for relaxing without the hustle and bustle of the community pool. The property manager was very helpful and inquired with us during our visit if they could do anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. Hope to visit again soon!

Our family had a wonderful week at Pool's Paradise in Seacrest Beach!!! The house was awesome!! We loved the neighborhood. We rented bikes and it was a great place for the kids to ride. The only complaint was the king beds (not in the master bedroom) were not comfortable. Everything else was great!! I would totally recommend this house to everyone!!! My 5 year old wants to live there. Thanks Royal Beach & Golf Resorts.

The location of this beautiful house makes it convenient to Rosemary and Alys Beaches as well as Panama City and Destin. The neighborhood is peaceful. The backyard pool is great, the community pool is huge, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk or golf cart ride away. Lots of green spaces in the community to walk or play games. This house is the perfect getaway. Can't wait to come again!

From the moment we drove into this amazing neighborhood we knew we had made the right choice. The home was beautifully decorated, neat, clean and we felt right at home. The pool was amazing, we had a great time playing in it every day. The kids loved that they could ride bikes everywhere...and so did we!
