One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at along 30A. Plenty of room for an extended family of 14. Beautiful inside and out with views of the ocean from both main level porch and upper level observation deck. Plenty of space for the whole family to sit together or find a quiet spot for themselves. Management staff was so helpful before and during stay. Installed barn door on bunk room after I spoke to them regarding several reviews that mentioned lack of any door or privacy to bunk room. Most management companies probably would not have even taken the time to listen to that request from renters. We also had an issue with the dryer which they fixed right away. Thank you for everything!!

Everything about our trip was fantastic. We all loved the rental and was surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. Beautiful home and loved the pool and view of the Gulf.

Perfect home just steps from the beach. The entire family enjoyed spending time in the open living room that has a grand view of the ocean. The pool was a perfect end to a day at the beach. We ended the day by watching to sunset from the top floor. All our needs were met quickly by Royal Destinations staff.

House was perfect! Kitchen had everything, plenty of space for everyone. Loved all the porches offered with the house and the ocean view! The bikes and kayak included with the house were fun to have as well!

The house was great! Close to the beach access and nice layout. Well stocked kitchen! The only thing I wish was more clear before we got there was that the small bunk “room” didn’t have a door. We were planning on putting a small child in there, but couldn’t because there was no door to keep out sound or action from the hall or rest of the house! Other than that we fully enjoyed our stay here!
