-This home is located in the WaterColor community, if you would like to rent a golf cart for your reservation this can only be done through The Electric Cart Company. We encourage you to contact The Electric Cart Company prior to your arrival as they will only issue 60 golf cart permits throughout WaterColor at any given time.

Condo was very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities functioned well and were recently updated. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Easy access to pool and beach. Also easy access to watercolor inn and watercolor beach club. Driving/biking to camp wayercolor. All of the pools were amazing! Highly recommend this stay!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

The property is amazing!!! First the location is ideal, especially with small kids getting all the gear to the beach..access was so simple and then the private pool was so great to avoid the watercolor crowds. The inside of the property was very spacious and beautiful. We kept commenting on the couches and how everyone was able to have a seat, recline, cup holders....we all want this for our own home. A few minor maintenance issues that Royal Destination addressed. Bailey was also super great in booking and sent great communication. We would book this again in a heartbeat and we have been booking in Watercolor for 11 years. This was by far the most convenient property and even though not a stand alone house still was spacious for multiple families and kids!!!
