Great location, clean house, great bar area, elevator, private beach, comfortable furniture for lounging in fin in big room den area & balconies. It was tastefully decorated and we totally enjoyed our stay!!! Beautiful house!! Kitchen had everything you could want!!

We had a wonderful time! the home was immaculate, Beach and views were perfect! loved having the extra fridge and stacked washer/dryer downstairs, the full size washer/dryer on 2nd, and the extra icemaker in the fully-stocked kitchen! Customer service was great, quickly repairing the minor issues we encountered after a storm. We used the community pool a few times also, and it was very well kept also. The location was great!

The best house on the beach.

In the 11 years we have been going on a big family vacation, this house and part of the beach topped them all. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need, from towels to kitchen items. Each floor was spacious and we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. The house was clean upon arrival and they offered services to clean during our stay. Our favorite part about this house was the private gorgeous beach. Every morning they put signs up marking off a section of the beach for the South Grande Dr beach goers. If you looked left and right, the beach was packed but at our spot, there was plenty of room for our 7 kids to play and the adults to have a front room view of the ocean. I can not forget about the location! It is a very short walk to the Blue Mountain creamery, the blue mountain bakery, the Blue Mable restaurant and several other neat places! We are already planning to rent this house again next summer because it is amazing!

My family of twelve were very comfortable The house and location were great and the elevator made getting luggage ect upstairs easy . Climbing the stairs was a good way to work off all the donuts and Cinnamon rolls we ate we would stay at this house again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is in a wonderful location. The private beach access allowed for a much more relaxed and enjoyable vacation. We walked to dinner and to get ice cream. The house is very spacious and well maintained. Lots of dishes, towels, etc for all of us. Parking was a bit cramped for 3 vehicles, but we made it work. Elevator broke a few times, but someone was sent quickly to fix the problem. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Kids loved the community pool as well.

Perfect House for Multiple Families right on the beach

The setup was perfect for the three families, each bedroom having it's own bathroom was super convenient. Own personal boardwalk down to the beach. We had one issue with hot water and the response time from maintenance was super quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

Love this home! Location is fabulous. Steps to the beach. Short drive to Publix and lots of restaurants. Home is wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Elevator wasn't working our first night, but management sent out repairman the next morning. Can't wait to return.

This is three story home on the beach. It was easy to find in a nice safe area. Very clean, everything you would need they have included plus there is an elevator for anyone who does not like the exercise of the stairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous experience in this beautiful beach house on Blue Mountain Beach in Florida. The location was excellent .... the house is ON the beach just steps away. No cars or motor vehicles on the beach! Sleeps 14 very comfortably. Kitchen was well-stocked with every appliance one would want to use. This family vacation was THE best one we’ve ever had. A bonus was the elevator for the multi-level house.

Our favorite house so far!

We stayed a week with three families and 14 people, 8 kids and 6 adults(crazy right??) but the house was perfect! This is the first house we have stayed in that the pictures made it look smaller than it actually is. The setup was perfect(although I feel like everyone should know the kitchen and living room are on the third floor.... and it’s 68 steps from the beach to the kitchen! Our legs were strong by the end of the week!!!) the kitchen was stocked just like your own home, plenty of storage and baking containers. And the ice maker was a favorite of everyone’s! The location was great, a quiet cul de sac one block from a bike rental shop, a bakery and the Blue Mountain creamery/donut store. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, and the views were stellar. All three of my kids have asked if we booked it yet for next year. We can’t wait to come back!
