After 10 years of renting houses along 30a, we finally found the perfect house for our 3 families. Great location, centrally located. Close to beach access. Heated pool with beautiful views on lake. Well stocked kitchen (including ice machine). Excellent communication and response from management We will definitely book for next year.

The home is beautiful. We had a great experience with our rental. There is plenty of room for a large group of people. The home is fully stocked with everything you need. The beach access is relatively close if you have a golf cart. If you like to fish, the dock and lake are conveniently located by the home.

Mother, daughter trip to celebrate birthdays. We had a lovely time at the Brown Eyed Girl cottage. This vacation home is beautiful, roomy and was the perfect setting to celebrate family birthdays. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space to move around and relax. It was a blessed time for all. The Royal Destinations team was very easy to work with and took care of all the details.

Interesting property. Crab trap was a plus, caught 6 large blue crabs ��. Very convenient location. Big open showers architecturally interesting, but not really enjoyable.

We had those most amazing time in this beautiful home. Everything was decorated perfectly and with me being a clean freak, I appreciated how clean it was. My brother lives across the lake, so we could just paddleboard over to his house to visit. Perfect location for easy access to beach, restaurants and driving down to Seaside. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Brown Eye Girl was the perfect vacation home for both my family and great friends. The home was both comfortable and well equipped. The decor was out of this world. Our family enjoyed the spacious kitchen and family room areas that allowed our families to enjoy social time without feeling crowded. We throughly enjoyed sitting out at the pool and dock not to mention our daily bike rides. We will certainly plan on booking for upcoming vacations.

Stayed here for a week long family beach vacation! From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Beach access in a great location, a very close walk or bike from the house. Great location, close to top rated restaurants and the Hub at 30A. Pool was a family favorite and sunsets on the dock were unbeatable!

This was a great home for a big family get together. Having a bed and bath on the main floor was perfect for our elderly parent. Wish the pool was heated before April 1 though- seems more logical to heat it during the cooler months

This home was lovely in every way. The attention to detail and high end finishes were just a few of the reasons we knew that this is a home owners not only take pride in but actually use. The lake location is wonderful and will definitely come back again. Our only issue was that we were told it had a pool heater and it does not so we could not really use the pool as we arrived in October.

We had an amazing time at this lovely rental. It’s the season of covid, so we cooked more than going out. The kitchen is well stocked for our ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five star seafood meals. The owners attention to detail of what a vacationer would need was perfect. It rained six days out of seven. We fished off the dock and swam in the pool. We had great family fun. It was a ball. It was a beach ball. ☺️

Our August stay at the Brown Eyed Girl was lovely. We had 2 families which included 4 adults, 4 teens and a youngster. All had a great time. We loved relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach and spending the evenings by the dock. The details in this home are stunning. A bit too far to walk to the beach, but the included bikes made the trip quick. We would definitely stay again!

Description of home and amenities very accurate. Home is very well appointed. Has everything a family needs for an awesome trip.
