We had a wonderful experience at "All Decked Out". There was plenty of space for our group and the house was in close proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants and pool. Anything you could want was just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house was clean and well maintained. Living room and kitchen area had plenty of seating for our group and all the decks and balcony's were enjoyed by all!

We truly enjoyed our stay with 2 of our adult daughters, their guys and our 1 year old grand daughter. The house is in great condition, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stock, location in complex is great (short walk to the pool but low foot traffic in front of our patio). Loved the location close to Rosemary Beach shopping & restaurants as well as the Seacrest Beach. We had a small issue with bike locks not working well but everything else was wonderful. Would rent here again!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 6 adults and 4 kids. It’s a beautiful home with awesome outdoor spaces. It backs up to the pool, and is easy walking distance to the beach as well as many shops and restaurants. The management company was great to work with and the property was just as described in the listing and pictures. Plenty of towels, including large pool towels, and comfy beds! We stayed a few doors down on a previous trip and identified this house as our top choice when we returned. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had the best stay at All Decked Out! The facility had a great setup for a family of 7--plenty of room for all. The location close to the pool and beach were ideal. You can literally walk right out the door to the pool! The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is ample space for games and hanging out. My kids loved the ping pong table and the bunk beds. We did bring along a pack n play because there isn't one on the property, so just don't forget that if you have a young child. Also, the app that Royal Destinations uses gives so much information and makes it a breeze to ask a question. Easy and relaxing vacation. We definitely look forward to going back!

Our house was absolutely incredible! We loved it! Three bedrooms with king sized beds! A 1 minute walk to the resort style pool. Pool has a small cafe with great food! Beach was 12 minute walk. The house was gorgeous, clean even to my picky standards, and had so many extras! A trip of a lifetime!

Perfect Family Home

We loved our first trip to 30A, and a huge part of that was the home we rented! It had plenty of space for our family of 6 and we absolutely loved the location! Right off the pool and a huge green space for lizard hunting and sports. The home was very comfortable with bedding and pillows, everyone slept great. Although it could have been all the fun in the sun we had each day that had everyone sleeping :) The home is in a great location between Rosemary and Alys and an easy tram ride (or walk without all the kids) to beautiful Seacrest Beach. The management company was also great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had.

Thank you for the 5 star review! We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay at All Decked Out! This home is located in beautiful Seacrest with plenty of shopping and restaurants just minutes away! You can use the handful of bikes that are furnished with the house to quickly get around and go for a cruise! We apologize if the property was not close enough to the beach for you. The beach is a short walk away or you can catch a tram to take you their from the nearest tram stop. This home is beautifully decorated inside and out! The kitchen is one of my favorites! With the third floor having a massive deck with plenty of views, seating and a ping pong table, you can see why this home is called "All Decked Out!!" Thank you for staying at All Decked Out and we hope to have you back at 30A soon!

Vacation House Review for All Decked Out

The house was awesome, layout was great enough room for a family of 6 with a baby. Pros were location and just a nice house, cons downstairs bed was too hard and floors could have been a bit cleaner.

Thanks so much for your review! Yes the layout of the home is great for a family vacation and there's plenty of room. And the indoor outdoor living is amazing! Close to everything and room for kids to play Ping Pong or just to hang out around the pool. Floors noted and have already passed that concern along to housekeeping.
