The Perfect Vacation House

This was the perfect vacation house. We stayed at the house for a week leading up to the 4th of July! The house was perfectly decorated and so clean. It actually smelled brand new!!! All of us loved the art work throughout the house. It was big enough to accommodate 3 families for a total of 12 people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook big meals. The location was great! Just a short 5 min bike ride to beach access and 10 min bike ride to Seaside square. The managers were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We were wowed upon entering the house, so clean and the decor was very pleasing to the eye. Enjoyed the ease and convivence of the location. The dead end street made the area very quiet. The waterfall at the pool kept us all chill.

Everything was well stocked and the house was in excellent shape. The pool was great and the house was in a good location relative to the beach and Seaside. The house seemed bigger than I expected when we got there. I would stay there again if the house was available!

Sonshine by the Sea was the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in! Modern, clean decor with a private pool and gourmet kitchen. It’s in the perfect location...10 minute bike ride to lovely Seaside and equally to the turquoise waters of the Gulf. We will absolutely stay at this property again hands down!
