Seas The Day can accommodate up to 14 guests in style. Just past the pool area is a palm tree-lined pedestrian path leading to the neighborhood’s beach walkover. With only 26 home-sites and a security gate, Water’s Edge has almost no car traffic.

Seas the Day was very comfortable, clean, well maintained and updated, spacious. I loved the extra touches of the pool towels and the nice toiletries they provided. House is great location in gated, quiet neighborhood and just short walk to private beach. Plus, was just short walk to town squares for shops and food -- perfect location really. -- just wonderful experience overall!!

Just great. First time to 30A and its was a wonderful experience. The home was wonderful--everything about it. Spacious and clean place. Pool was great, especially with the heat! The location is especially great -- beach out the door, walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants, coffee, and shops. We could not ask for a better week. Would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay

This house was superb. The bunk room was great for kids. There is no door to their bedroom which was fine for us. The second floor had three bedrooms and then one on the first floor. All bedrooms had balconies. Lots of space to spread out. Pool was nice and had outdoor shower.Loved to proximity to the pool and the space outside our back door. Felt very safe in our gated neighborhood. Across the street in Seacrest, was a grocery store, shops and restaurants. A one minute walk and you are in Rosemary Beach. Perfect location!

Family Christmas Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation in this house. First time we spent Christmas away as a family. Eight of us fit nicely with plenty room and a nice yard with pool. We loved the location and used the bikes often. The house was very clean. Would stay here again for sure. The only issue we had was the pool was losing water and the heater shut off. Maintenance was sent right away and it was resolved same day. The weather was beautiful and the beach was about a minute walk. We also appreciated the gated neighborhood and security. It was a lovely getaway.

70th Birthday Family Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Seastheday. The house was perfect for our needs and offered a perfect setting to celebrate my 70th birthday with family. The location was excellent for activities in town and the beach, with its security, was excellent. And, by the way, the weather was also exquisite during our stay. Our only issue was leaving the area when we encountered numerous delays at an inadequate airport facility. We would come back, but probably drive the 14 hours from the Chicago area.

After staying a couple times south of 30A in Rosemary Beach, I found this to be an excellent alternative. It is close to the main Rosemary Beach spots, Seacrest Beach restaurants/bars are across the street, and Alys Beach restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk. The location to the beach is great (2-3 minute walk), and the beach wasn't super crowded (early May) as it private to the community. The home boasts plenty of beds and was pretty clean. The couch and chairs in the living room were a bit worn, but not entirely unexpected for a rental. Royal Destinations was very responsive. Overall, the house was great for our group of 8 people.

The location was great. We really loved the little community and the easy, private beach access and area. The house was perfect for a family of 5 (with room to spare) and was in great condition, except for a few small repair issues could be easily addressed. Location location location. Walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The house needs to be cleaned better. The floors were covered in sand and there wasn’t a vacuum for us to clean it up. The outside pool area needs new furniture, a new grill and just cleaned up overall. Other than that it’s a nice house

Stayed at Seas the Day for five days in May. Had an easy checkIn and arrival and good directions for getting in and out of the property and to be beach etc. Great and easy access to the beautiful beach just a short walk fromOur back gate. Management company was helpful and responsive;we had an AC issue late one evening and they sent out people to take care of it promptly. Overall a wonderful experience!

Seas The Day was a great location - close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants. I do believe the owners should look into the cleaning crew - the day we checked in, the floors were not as clean as they could be. In addition, it wouldn't hurt to repaint the base boards (chipped paint) to give it a new look. otherwise, the décor of the house was relaxing and comfortable.

The house was perfect and we will never again rent without a pool. Within walking distance of so much. Great area for walking and biking. Great spot to watch both Rosemary and Alys Beach fireworks on July 4th. Had 2 small maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. Very easy to order/receive high chair and child gate from Concierge. We will be back!

Seas The Day is a wonderful home with large rooms for everyone. The beds and bedding was very comfortable. Having a pool was such a plus. The Royal Destination staff was very helpful. Our walk to the beach was close enough to make trips back to the house. It is a well kept property and I would recommend it to any family for their next beach vacation. A nice walk into Rosemary and all the surrounding restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful time staying at Seas the Day. The house was very spacious and well decorated. We felt right at home. We had a toddler with us and the very short walk to the beach was ideal. The home is in walking distance to shops and restaurants and was great for a family with a young child. There were green areas nearby where we let our daughter walk/run around with no fear of cars or running into people.

Great proximity to beach and Rosemary

We just enjoyed a week at this beach house. The walk to the beach was extremely close which made the frequent trips back and forth to the house with three kiddos ages 5, 3, and 1 a breeze. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was very nice. We had an issue with it clouding up one day and the management company sent someone to clean the pool within the hour of us calling them. We were directly across the street from a small shopping area with a great mexican restaurant and the walk to Rosemary was very close. Parking is tight in this small community but for our two vehicles, it wasn't much of an issue. We could only get one DVD player to work. The other one only played the movies in black and white. They are in need of some more cables to hook the DVD's up properly to get them both to play the movies. All in all, it was a great house and we loved our week here.

We loved the house but there were a few issues maybe worth mentioning. The main thing was the buzzer on the pool, it would have been nice even though it is a state law if we could have disengaged it because we didn't have any small children in our party. Also it might be a better option if the pool crew could work on the pool on the day of check in or check out. One day the maintenance crew was working on & around the pool off and on for hours so we pretty much couldn't use that area for most of the day, as far as we knew there weren't any problems. Because of all of the construction, of course realize that is progress & couldn't be helped, made it hard to sleep late if you happen to enjoy that. We do really appreciate the owner allowing us to bring our dog because he is a part of our family that we don't vacation without. The house was clean for the most part but maybe the bedspreads could have been a little cleaner!

This home is a short and easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and is in a gated and well maintaned community. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, there are plenty of bath towels and linens and the furniture/beds are comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space/porches and furniture. Nine family members (children to grandparents) comfortably stayed in this home for two weeks over the Christmas and New Years holidays. The owner is prompt in responding to inquiries and the managment company was easy to work with during the booking process and attentive and efficient during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in the Seacrest/Rosemary Beach area.

Family Vacation at Seas The Day

The floor plan worked well for our large family. There were 3 adult couples and 6 children. Having the pool was great as the kids could swim in the morning and at night when we were not "beaching it". The short walk to the beach allowed the older kids to walk back and forth by themselves. I would recommend this house to friends and would rent this property again for our family. The location was perfect! Short walk to everything; groceries, restaurants, shops, etc.

Relaxing at Sea's the Day!

This was our third year returning and Sea's the day was the perfect set up for 3 family's. Kids enjoyed the pool and convenient location to the beach and shops. I would only recommend new sofa bed, was very beat up, not comfortable, and we reported mold in a few of the vents forming. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It gives more of a sense of space then I had imagined. The pool was just perfect for our 6 boys! We had it heated and I think that made all the difference. They stayed in it for hours at a time. My favorite thing was that we were allowed to bring our very well loved dog. It's hard to find a nice place that will allow that and she increased everyones joy level. Thanks owners! The only problem we had was with the company associated with the rental. When we requested more bikes, the phone number we were given sent us to a website where we left a request but we didn't get a call back until the day before we left.

Family Fall Getaway

Seas the Day was a great location for a long weekend with family. 5 bedrooms were perfect and the proximity to the beach was just right. There were bicycles on the property upon arrival, and the code was on our rental info. sheet but we were charged by the bike company. We also had to get the flat tires inflated at a different vendor (they suggested we buy beer from them, since the bikes were not from their company). We had a problem with the internet connection, but that was taken care of promptly! We hope to return next year for a repeat vacation....maybe the owners will buy a new, comfortable sofa for the living room by then :) although we didn't sit much!

Seas The Day was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was great for our large family and was in constant use. The location was ideal - just steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightly entertainment. The two bicycles that were provided with the house allowed us to explore the surrounding areas. Royal Beach Rentals was great to work with throughout the rental process. We would stay at Seas The Day again in a heartbeat!

Great house for a large group. Perfect location- near downtown Rosemary Beach and a short walk to the beach. House was well maintained, comfortable, large rooms, fully stocked kitchen, tasteful decor. No complaints about our stay. The management company is about a 10 minute drive from Rosemary Beach but otherwise everything about the house was great and convenient.

The house's location was amazing - steps from the beach and steps from the square. The house itself was immaculate, much more spacious than the pictures showed, and every bedroom has its own porch, which was a nice surprise. The property management company was so friendly, helpful and really went above and beyond to be accommodating. I would 100% stay there again and DEFINITELY recommend this house to anyone!!! It was overall an awesome experience!!!

Beautiful home! Loved the bedroom space, outdoor space/pool and the location. Walking distance to everything including beach, shops, and restaurants. Would recommend and rent again in the future. Living room furniture needs updated and configured to accommodate more people. But besides that it was perfect!!

House and location were outstanding. Overall a great vacation rental. Could have used more "little" enhancements like dish or hand soap in kitchen, soaps in baths and some extra toilet paper or tissues. We've stayed at other places that provided some of these extras. A house of this quality and price should have had some of this.

Great location, needs a refresh

Overall, we had a good experience at Seas the Day. The location was excellent, the pool was convenient and in good condition, and the layout of the house was good for our family. The rental agency was responsive and professional. However, the house is looking pretty tired in places (cabinets very worn in all bathrooms and kitchen, furniture in living room and rugs looking very tired) and in need of some sprucing up. Also, the t.v./technology also really needs an upgrade. The televisions in the bedrooms are tiny and tube-style, something I haven't seen in 10+ years, and with only a few channels available on the cable package. The only decent t.v. in the house is in the family room, and it has a very basic cable package, too. This is a bit of a problem for multi-familiy vacations as there is really only one place for people to watch a show or for the kids to watch a movie. We had a good experience and enjoyed our vacation, but I would definitely recommend some sprucing up and upgrades, especially given the price point for this rental property and comparable rental properties in the area.

We loved the house and it was very clean. We cooked a couple of evenings and found that we needed a larger casserole dish and some other pots and pans would have been helpful. Also, we found that there was no soap at all to wash your hands with and only one roll of toilet paper on each roll so we had to go buy soap and toilet paper right away. Also, the door alarm on the back door did not work well from the outside. Other than these issues, the house was great!

If there were a few things we could change it would be this........pool temperature - too warm (but we realize the hot sun is the reason)more TVs in the bedroomsreplace the couch - very uncomfortable

Great house but not so great view. . .

Neighborhood felt very safe. There was some construction going on with building new homes that was loud but didn't bother us. It's an easy walk to the beach and the rental chairs set up everyday were great. The house layout is nice. The back porch/pool area is nice and well furnished. The couch in the living room is very worn and I covered it with a sheet. Kitchen is well stocked except for a 9X13 cake pan. Only negatives are there really isn't a good view and you can't hear the ocean from the house. You can walk to shopping and restaurant from the house. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful though I had just a few issues with the property and a little puzzled on the management company.No extended length water hose, toilet flaps needed replacing, grill lighter needed a tune up.Left something at the management office and it was like pulling teeth to get them to mail it back.

Family reunion vacation

We have never had a better time than we did during our stay at Rosemary Beach. The home was lovely, clean and well cared for. The rental staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the home was only a five minute convenient walk to the beach. We especially appreciated the pet friendly rule, so that we did not have to board our two small dogs, who are very much a part of our family. The family area was very spacious, and accommodated our large family gathering without being crowded. I cannot think of one single thing I would suggest that the owners do differently. It was wonderful!
