Large house accommodated 5 families. The wrap around porches were a huge plus and closeness to Chiringos and Red Bar meant we never had to leave Grayton.Easy access to beach. We were VERY HAPPY with everything. Royal Destinations was amazing to communicate with. Not a single complaint

Our family spends a week on 30A every year and has for over twenty years. After Dune Delight was our first time staying in Grayton and we all loved it and plan to return to this area again next year. We had 14 people, 10 adults and 4 young children ranging from 1 to 86. The home was very nice with room to spread out and sprawling porches with a view of the ocean and the lake or simply enjoy the fun atmosphere of Grayton. The house sits right in the heart of Grayton and is an easy walk to the beach even with 4 small children. The boardwalk to the beach is flat with no stairs and was close enough to run back to the house for lunch or a bathroom break easily. The kids enjoyed playing in the shallows/estuary. It was fascinating watching the crystal clear water turn into sweet tea throughout the week. We enjoyed having the option of the pool although it was a little cool because we were there in early May. It was extremely nice that each bedroom(6 Total) had it's own bath and walk in closet. The elevator worked well and was very helpful for my 86 year old Mom. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals if we wanted to or it was easy to put your name on the list for the Red Bar and walk over when your table was ready. The couples enjoyed walking to Chiringo's for a game of corn hole or grabbing a Hotz Coffee during nap times for the kids. The area is golf cart friendly which the grandkids loved and is a nice area for walking, running, or biking as well. Note to families with young children, the staircases are wide, so if your babies require a gate, a standard baby gate will not work. We were able to survive the week without one, but something to consider with young children. Royal Destinations was very responsive if we needed anything and After Dune Delight provided us a great week with family!

Absolutely wonderful house in a great location!! Wrap around balconies on every floor were much enjoyed! It had everything we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked with all the dishes and cookware to make cooking easy. There were plenty of towels. The elevator was very helpful in getting groceries up to the kitchen. Pretty much the perfect house!

Perfect location to beach, restaurants, shops. Spacious rental with lots of steps but in good condition with ample parking. Evenings were a bit chilly for us to enjoy the pool but enjoyed lounging around it while using the grill. The many levels of porches allowed us to take in some wonderful views of the the ocean and some incoming storms. The extra refrigerator on porch next to kitchen was a much appreciated convenience. Management was very attentive to a couple minor issues. Our 2 families will definitely consider renting this property again.

We were so impressed with this house. The house was stocked with finest top of the line appliances, dishes, potaand pans, serving pieces, wine glasses, (Even the best sheets) etc, which is not typical in a rental. These things did not go unnoticed with our group. Brand new tvs, and ahhhmazing mattresses, as well, which is also rare. We were just a little bit away from beach, but it was not an issue. The pool was great, if it was heated, it would have been perfect. We loved sitting on the massive decks over looking the Red Bar, which was such a great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Location in Grayton Beach!

First time to Grayton Beach and can't wait to go back. This rental was nice and roomy - we had 3 families and had plenty of room. Steps from the beach but would still recommend a golf cart to get around the area (just don't park at the end of Garfield in handicap area or you will get a ticket - we did and were just dropping things off for the beach for 5 minutes). Another nice feature was the pool - it was partially shaded by the home after 2pm. This was nice after being at the beach all day - nice opportunity to cool off. Speaking of the beach - it was incredible - clean, plenty of room and the beach umbrella setup was nice. Definitely recommend the house due to the location, size of the home, and it's in Grayton Beach!

We love this house. We love the pool and the new pool furniture is nice. WiFi is iffy, perhaps a booster would be appropriate. The elevator is so handy, wish the dumb waiter worked as well. We have stayed here for the past 5 years and will be back again next year.

We all had a very good time in the house. It was very accommodating for our large group! The house is well equipped with everything you need for vacationing. We had a great stay at After Dune Delight. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own comfortable space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook and serve. The patio's are wonderfully and wrap around the entire house on each floor! The home is just a block from the beach and every day there are two chairs and an umbrella waiting on the beach for you! We had a great time. After Dunes Delight is spacious enough that all 19 of us had room to chill out. The house had everything we needed and any repair request were answered promptly. The beach is close so we could go from beach to house easily. We would stay again.

Very nice house, plenty of room, pool very nice, would suggest leaving a tv channel guide in rooms in order to find a show without scrolling through all the channels. Leave some basic spices such as salt, pepperSome of the bathrooms had no toilet paper in them, should leave at least 2 rolls per bathroom. Some basic beach items like chairs, umbrella, boogie boards( other houses we stayed in had these left for the renters to use) provide porch furniture on all levels to be enjoyed. Table, 2-4 chairs.

Staying at After Dune Delight was a great experience. The location was perfect....close to the beach and near all our favorite places to eat at Grayton Beach. The porches were a super place to gather and to enjoy one another. The kitchen had plenty of pots, dishes, a second refrigerator, and all the extras needed. WE all LOVED the ice maker in the kitchen. So nice to have a walk-in closet and bath for all bedrooms....We will be DEFINITELY be back soon.

Royal Beach Rentals was very easy to deal with and we loved that we could drop off the keys at a location close to the house when checking out. We enjoyed the professional management of Royal Beach, and the prompt attention to several little matters that arose. We would like to see a second refrigerator, perhaps on the deck outside the kitchen. With 20 people to feed and to keep drinks cold, the single refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen doesn't have sufficient capacity for a house of this size. The pool and yard are great, expecially for the shade from the afternoon sun, after a morning on the nearby beach. We love Grayton!

We took a group of senior boys to Grayton Beach for a week and it was incredible. The location was perfect,having everything so close they walked almost everywhere they went.
