The home is very pretty! Great location off of 30A. Short walk to beach or rent a golf cart through the concierge service offered by rental agency like we did. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Love the pool! Probably one of our best beach vacations! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great trip and this home is beautiful! It had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach. It was also an easy walk or bike ride to nearby bars, shops and restaurants. Perfect house for families and would definitely vacation here again. 5 stars!

Staying at Emerald Isle was a dream! It is a quick walk/bike/car ride to the beach. It is located in a very calm neighborhood and close to many coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. The pool in the backyard was AMAZING. I loved my stay here!!!!!

My family just experienced a nice and relaxing vacation at the beach. We stayed at Emerald Isle and loved the house and the location! It’s about 1/2 mile to the beach with bathroom access. The new construction house is very comfortable and also has a pool - which is always a must for our family. Looking forward to booking another stay again soon!

Great Family Vacation!

We took a family vacation to Emerald Isle and could not have loved the house and the location any more than we did. It was a quick 10 minute walk down a quiet street to the beach access. We were also able to drive our car and park at the beach access which was an added perk. It was truly a perfect location as we rode the bikes provided to Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove and Watersound. This new construction house is stunning, and we loved taking a break from the beach at the backyard pool. The hot tub and pool basketball were fun and refreshing! Every bedroom was large, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you would need. They even had lots of games in the TV cabinet that kept us busy on a rainy day. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. We met several people in the neighborhood who live there year round for that very reason. We are happy to have found our new favorite place!

Emerald Isle is an incredible property: a 15-minute walk to the water and to restaurants and cafes, but also situated in a quiet section of town, away from the tourist throngs. The brand new home itself is exquisitely appointed and generously furnished, with grand ceilings and warm, cozy common areas and luxurious, comfortable beds.It truly feels like living in a dream home - you can spend half the day in the pool and spa, and the other half outdoors, choosing either the beach or the convenient walking trails nearby. The new bikes were an added bonus that were a smooth ride. We experienced responsive customer service with the slightest issue. We are counting down the days until our next stay!

Emerald Isle vacation home exceeded our expectations! The place was impeccable and very nicely designed. There is even a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom for the little ones! Everything was so clean and bright. Just a three-minute walk to the deeded beach and a short walk to Seaside, so you don’t have to deal with driving a car. Close to everything but tucked away just enough to keep the noise from 30A non-existent. The pool is great when you don’t want to go to the beach. House is equipped with pool toys and beach equipment. Love all the little touches the owners have done to make this stay incredible. We will definitely stay here again - would give 10 stars if I could!
