The main floor opens into a beautiful bright foyer and off to the left is a bedroom with a king bed, unsurpassed decor and a private bath. As you enter the main great room, you will find a beautiful stone fireplace and main living area. This space flows effortlessly into the gathering room, gourmet kitchen and additional dining options. There is a screened porch, spacious deck and outdoor shower for your enjoyment and outside the back door is the boardwalk that leads you to the beach or pool. The second-floor family media room is ideal for watching movies, playing games or just lounging and taking in the surroundings.

Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- Location, location, location! We’d vacationed on 30A for years but had never explored WaterSound. After discovering the incredible location at a price we couldn’t believe, we bought the house without even seeing it in person. When we finally did, we were thrilled to find a spacious, well-maintained home just six houses from the beach—perfect for family and friends. Barefoot at the Beach blends timeless elegance with comfort. We wanted a home we could truly live in, not one that felt like a museum, and this house strikes that perfect balance. WaterSound is a hidden gem—gated, serene, and not crowded like other communities. The private beach, with plenty of space even in peak season, ensures no stress over finding a spot. The home’s layout is ideal for large families, with multiple living spaces, plus five bedrooms. We recently renovated the master bath with a steam shower and soaking tub, perfect after a day in the sun. We can’t wait to call this place home full-time.

BatB was an immaculately home inside and out. Larger than photos make it seem. Also, every detail was attended to by the owner. The management team was attentive and responsive. Favorite House On 30A!

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 7 tweens/teens. The location was 5 minutes from doorstep to sand, and less than that to the pool! Wonderful vacation spot

This property was exceptional! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean! It had plenty of space for everyone in our party and more. It was a convenient location to the beach and pool. The neighborhood is darling with lots of charm. The week we were there was relatively quiet and didn’t seem super busy, which was perfect for us. The neighborhood is close by (walking distance) to The Chill/Hub and a short car or bike ride to other areas if you’re looking for more action. The beach was clean and not crazy busy in front of this property. We had one issue with the air conditioning at the property not working, but Royal destinations was quick to address the problem and fix it. We would love to go back someday, and would recommend this property and Royal Destination to others!

We had actually stayed in the property about 6 years ago and found the updated home much better suited and furnished than before. It's a beautiful home. The only recommendation might be the first floor master bathroom getting updated or enchanced to help with older folks who found getting in and out of the huge tub to take a shower a bit of a problem.

Barefoot at the Beach is a wonderful vacation home. Loved how close the house is to the beach. There are multiple seating areas to accommodate large groups, and the screened porch with the dining table was a great area to play board games on a rainy day. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this house, and will rent again!

Great Stay at Moore Relaxing

My family had an amazing stay at Moore Relaxing. The pictures don’t do the house justice. We had 10 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. In fact, the bedrooms were just for sleeping, we hung out on the first floor with each other majority of the time and it never felt crowded.It was the perfect distance from the beach and the pool. The beach was beautiful and never crowded, we could always find a spot no matter the time of day. We couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation! If any complaint, the ice maker wasn’t really working and we had to buy ice.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Moore Relaxing. The house is very convenient to either the beach or the community pool. The furnishings were very nice and the first floor layout was very conducive to accommodating our large family for relaxing together, playing games, or enjoying meals. The screened in porch is a great place for additional meal seating. There were a few maintenance issues while we were there, which is not unusual for vacation rentals, but Royal Destinations was extremely responsive and resolved the issues quickly and to our satisfaction.I do wish that there were a few more baking dishes and serving utensils(serving spoons & forks), in the kitchen. Other than that the house has plenty of the other things you would expect to find in a kitchen for preparing a meal.We plan on staying again at Moore Relaxing. We love the Watersound community for all of its amenities and the safe environment for children as they enjoy their vacations.

We had a great time for little first family vacation with our two young girls. I loved how close to beach the house was and the girls loved going to the community pool afterwards everyday. The house is very nice and spacious. My wife only complaint was not having a king size bed and the mattress on the twin beds being more comfortable for sleeping than the queen beds.

This was our first time to Watersound. What a great location. Close to everything but removed from the crazy crowds. The home was beautiful. The house was extremely clean, well kept, in a great location, and huge. The walk to the beach was truly only a few minutes as the house is located on one of the boardwalks. In the future, we will rent this property anytime we visit 30A. All around zero complaints with the experience.

Moore Relaxing worked out great for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The house is conveniently located near the beach and the community swimming pool. Our family took advantage of the several gathering spaces within the house to read, to play card games and to catch up. The second floor gathering space worked out great for the teenagers to hang out occasionally away from the adults. Our family appreciated the number and location of bedrooms/bathrooms which allowed everyone to have their own space at night.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The dishwashers were ideal. The bedroom on the first floor (where the grandparents slept) had two very high beds and so we were glad that we brought step stools. One for the kids and one for us. The pool nearby was great, but for the grandparents the distance to the beach was quite a trek. The eating area for the kids was ideal. We did wish that the flat screen TV downstairs had a DVD player, so that the adults could watch something different. The door locks were a small problem. The house was well maintained, but the wood floors needed to be mopped a little better. The decor was beautiful and we were very comfortable. The rental agency reps were very helpful.

Moore Relaxing is a great property! Access to the beach is a short stroll along the board walk. The limited beach access gives you plenty of room to enjoy the sun. The sand is beautiful white and the Gulf crystal clear. If the beach is not your thing, try the pool. The pool is large and they keep the water at a perfect temperature. For us lap swimmers there are even two lanes. The house is comfortable, inviting, and tastefully furnished, big enough for a moderate sized family reunion. Everything was clean and well maintained. The folks at Royal Beach Rentals were helpful, friendly and gave wonderful customer service from the time we made the reservations through when we left. It's in the center of everything, between Destin and Panama City. You can find great food in almost any price range and even the pricey restaurants have a relaxed, beach-side atmosphere. We did everything from parasailing to scuba diving. If you can't find a warm weather recreation you enjoy close by, you'r just not looking:-))

A Beach Blessing

There were 15 of us in our three generation family beach trip. The house worked great, with the bunk rooms for boys and girls and plenty of living area. The beach was easily accessible and never crowded. The shed with many beach toys and the bikes were a real plus. Seaside and Rosemary Beach were minutes away and have great restaurants and shops. Our nine-year old grandson said, "This is worth getting used to." Had a great time.

We had a family reunion with 11 people (all ages) stay at Moore Relaxing and it was a GREAT vacation! Plenty of room for a large group -- and within walking distance to the beach and pool. The house and the Water Sound community are beautiful! We enjoyed the gas BBQ pit, the flatscreen TV for movie nights, the shed full of beach toys and games for group activities, loved the outdoor shower and bikes (easy to rent more if you need them). Our only small complaint was they didn't provide enough paper products, so be prepared to bring or buy your kleenex, trash bags, etc. Royal Beach was very helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area and restaurant ideas (we loved Bruno's pizza and the little grill by the pool). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place for large families!

We loved the Watersound area because it was not congested like some of the other areas on 30A. The house was perfect for our family of 14, which included 4 children 3yrs and under. I gave location 4 stars only because there is no beach view. Due to the distance to the beach we brought a wagon to pull children to the beach/pool only to discover another wagon at MR so it was nice to have 2. We enjoyed the bicycles as well. Our only negative was that our 2yr old grandson tripped on the rug at the front door, hit his head on the baseboard, and had to get 3 stitches. The staff at Sacred Heart hospital should also receive 5 stars as they were also very professional and did a great job on our little guy. Aside from that we had a fabulous trip and I would definitely recommend Royal Beach Rentals/Moore Relaxing to others.

Great Family Vacation!

If you can end a week-long family vacation with 13 people under one roof and not be ready to leave...you know you had a great vacation! Moore Relaxing is perfectly appointed for a family with all conveniences, comfortable accommodations and a great location. The property is spotless and very comfortable with enough space for a large family. There was a new gas grill available which made dinners easy. The short walk to the beach is breathtaking over the boardwalks...walk to the pool also very short. Puttering Park and rental bikes were also a hit with everyone. Management company was very responsive and checked in with us to be sure everything was going well. It was a good week and I would highly recommend to anyone traveling with a family.

We loved Watersound and this house was great. The layout was a great use of space. The only thing that would have been nice is if they would have had a tv downstairs. It was cold and it was march madness time and the guys really would have enjoyed a tv downstairs. The one upstairs stayed in use by the kids. That area is great, but would be nice to have another area for the adults. Other than that we loved the large kitchen table, the large sofa in the keeping area. Wish there was a king bed in master, but it was fine and the bath was great. The other wish was that there had been furniture on the porches. The weather was perfect for sitting out but there was no furniture. Very nice construction, and just beautiful furnishings and decor. We had a great week. Highly recommend the beach club as we loved hanging out and eating there all week.
