We recently stayed at Just B over the Mardi Gras holiday, and it was Just Incredible! We have a large group, and the home accommodates everyone with ease. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how intentional, spacious, and elevated everything felt. It’s basically a boutique 5-star resort packaged in the most gorgeous house we have ever been in! One of our favorite features is the grand courtyard and the outdoor spaces. We absolutely love how it creates a sense of privacy and extravagance — it is welcoming, completely private, and resort-like. The courtyard flows perfectly creating one cohesive outdoor experience. Whether relaxing in the spa, swimming in the pool, playing on the pickleball court, or just lounging on the grass of the courtyard, the outdoor spaces gave everyone something to enjoy. The cushioned pickleball court is so luxurious we all played barefoot on it all day. The kids especially loved the extra large heated spa — they would not get out of it — and it quickly became the centerpiece of our daily routine. The third-floor bar and entertainment area is unbelievable! The balconies tower above the surrounding homes and offer beautiful views of the beach. It is another incredible space for our entire family to gather in to change the pace of the day. The third floor has a special vibe to it with its own full bar area and gaming stations became one of the most enjoyable spaces in the house. The kitchen is equally impressive — spacious, high-end, and perfect for hosting a large group. Preparing meals was easy and enjoyable. Especially with it on the first floor and central to the outdoor entertainment. Indoor/Outdoor flow of this house in amazing! We had a couple of dinner reservations that we cancelled because our group did not want to leave this house. The absolute ease of having elevator access to every floor makes a huge impact — especially for bringing up luggage on arrival and carrying everything back up after the beach trips. It made moving between levels simple and convenient for everyone in our group. The laundry setup is extremely useful, with laundry rooms on both the first and second floors and three total washer and dryer sets, which made staying on top of wet laundry effortless. What we loved most is that you can truly JUST B there. Just be together. Just be relaxed. Just be present. The resort-level accommodations — including a personnel home gym, easy beach access nearby, and bikes for exploring — made everything seamless. Even though we loved the property and hardly wanted to leave, it was easy to ride to nearby shops and restaurants when we chose to. We absolutely hated to leave and are already looking forward to returning. Just B gave us the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and connection. If you’re looking for a place on 30A that truly delivers an elevated, resort-style experience, Just B lives up to its name in every way.
