Central Square Cinema at the Seaside Amphitheater
When: Every Friday this Fall (September through October)
Bring a blanket or lawn chairs to enjoy an outdoor movie screening this fall! The Seaside Amphitheater is hosting a family-friendly outdoor movie every Friday this fall! Bring the whole family for this entertaining evening out during a stay in one of our 30A vacation homes. Movies run through October, with a showing on November 14th as well, and a special holiday movie night on November 28th, 2025.
Annual Bloody Mary Festival
When: Saturday, October 11th, 2025, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
The 8th Annual Bloody Mary Festival will take place on October 1tth and is known as the largest tailgating party on the Emerald Coast. Bloody Marys entering the competition will be made from some of 30A's finest restaurants and bars. There will also be delicious local fare, champagne, and boozy popsicles.
15th Annual Halloweener Derby at Seaside
When: Saturday, October 25th, 2025, 10:00 AM — 2:00 PM
Kick-off Hallo-weekend with some Seaside fun! The Halloweener Derby is a unique opportunity to see four-legged friends getting into the spooky spirit. Bring along your own dachshund decked out in a Halloween costume or simply attend to cheer on our furry friends. Watch the weenie dog races and decide on who you think is rocking the best Halloween costume during this unique Seaside event!
Trick or Treat in Seaside
When: Friday, October 31st, 2025 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Join in the tradition of trick or treating on Halloween while in Seaside, Florida! From 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, trick-or-treaters are welcome to come knocking within Seaside’s Central Square and Amphitheater. The event will not only feature candy but also spooky music, treats, and more! This year, the theme is the Wizard of Oz, so you have the chance to meet beloved characters from the film, and then settle in for a screening at 7:00 PM.
2025 Mountainfilm on Tour in WaterColor
When: November 7th & 8th, 2025
Mountainfilm Festival is returning to WaterColor for its 25th year in 2025! The festival consists of 2 nights filled with screenings of incredible short films. The Mountainfilm Festival is a collection of short documentaries that explore the themes of adventure, culture and natural preservation. Join us to enjoy a unique cinema experience and learn more about Mountainfilm’s mission!
Seeing Red Wine Festival at Seaside
When: November 6th-9th, 2025
Pair a beachside getaway with your affinity for wine at the Seeing Red Wine Festival! This 4-day festival invites wine enthusiasts to partake in wine tastings, delicious dinners and a brunch featuring champagne. 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Race

Turn on The Town at the Seaside Amphitheater
When: November 29th, 2025
Celebrate the beginning of the holiday season in Seaside, Florida! Gather the family at the Seaside Amphitheater to celebrate with a tree lighting and see Santa for yourself.
